Seems like a fair response.

I don't hate the shirts, although I find them much less appealing because the "bag and tag" seems like they're printed too low and are basically on your stomach. Am I the only one that's noticed that?

I would not be surprised PokerKraut is worth mid to high 6 figures.
PokerKraut drives his wife to work. He's a trophy husband, ldo.

In regards to PK begging for a stake.... PK is a nice guy, he was honest with his audience. He also seemed a little surprised when he mentioned other VLoggers get sponsored and aren't always playing with their own money(kind of like he just found that info out?) So yes, he said if anyone had a business and wanted him to where their patch/sponsor him or whatever to get in touch with him.

I really don't see an issue with this. If Trooper was forthcoming and did this I wouldn't have an issue with it either. Trooper however wants his audience to think he's a millionaire so he won't do this. Oh well

It's a Millenial thing. They think that as you progress with age you automatically make more money without even trying. There will be no adversity, no life changes, no economic ressesions, and by retirement they surely will be raking in 7 to 8 figures per year.

I'm not the only one. I may have took somewhat of a poetic licence for comedic effect, but my point is not far off. Lots of news and literature on the financial mentality of that generation.

so I'm assuming that dude in Trooper's new vlog is his backer or giving him a steak to get him back in the games?

I agree with you. Evidence: the fact that so many people in the U.S. live way above their means and are broke. They have huge debts because they think they are justified by the enormous salaries they will obtain down the road. Of course, some will get a 6 figure salary, but that is by far not the norm.

But, you say, where's the data to support your idea? Good question. Here:

Of course, this might not just be a 'millennial problem' but an American problem.

I don't think trooper would ever eat a steak, to busy eating pizza and burgers.

Everyone I know in my generation (exceptions notwithstanding) worked really hard to get educated or skilled and are very grounded in how moving up in the world works.

It's whiny Gen-Xers who didn't develop any skills and love the 90s and Portlandia culture that are standing around between 35-50 going "why don't I have a house or any money in the bank or a high paying job but I have neck tattoos or dress like a teenager. Why doesn't the world give me more? I deserve it!"

But it's always millenials that get labeled as self-entitled and lazy. Whatever.

It's the baby boomers and Gen-x that live off of mortgages and credit cards not Us. We weren't even old enough to have assets in the last financial crisis when living way beyond ones means was the basis of a sub prime mortgage bubble.

So I appreciate you labeling it an American problem. Calling financial irresponsibility a Millennial problem is borderline ignorant or just buying into right wing online news written by older generations passing the blame off on the younger generation.

This is not true though. Most people have supported Trooper's decision to get donations. Although, he was disingenuous about it regarding exclusive content as well as where the money goes. What's funny is that PK is saying all the money is going to the vlog which is exactly what Trooper lied about when he first setup Patreon.

I don't give Trooper **** because he needs to drive for Uber. I give him **** because he doesn't even qualify to drive for Uber. If I thought PK was busto like Trooper I would give him **** for that too. Someone posted that he owns a house which is paid off. Trooper owns a bunch of Starbucks mugs. I think PK is a much better poker player than Trooper but yes I have seen insight into how his little poker mind works and I think they are both terrible but different levels of terribleness.

I've never seen Neeme's t-shirts and don't care about Neeme's t-shirts. Trooper shouldn't be ashamed of selling tshirts. It's what is keeping him afloat right now.

The struggle is definitely the most interesting thing. Although, I'd watch whether he was struggling playing poker or struggling selling t-shirts on the street corner.
