The Salmon and ribeye cap are my usual dishes anyway, so that's nice.

Had bread and butter, Salmon, mashed potatoes and 2 glasses of wine for about $60+ tip.

Edit: oh yeah, it runs something like 5-6:30 and then 8:30 to 10:00 on week days. So it's pretty easy to manage that.
So I did this last night, thanks for the recommendation ES2. A couple tips for people that want to go:

- If you're a single diner and want to sit at the bar, be there right at 5:00 pm. It's a small bar and I was there at 5:10 and was too late. Not a big deal, I just got seated at a table instead.
- There isn't a special Social Hour menu, you get the regular menu and items that have the Scotch 80 icon next to them are eligible for the Social Hour discount.

I did the rib cap ($31), hashbrowns ($6.50), and cocktail ($8), and it comes with the bread and butter. Definitely a crazy deal by near-Strip standards.

Apologies for no close ups on steaks. Both were cooked perfectly. With 2 drinks powerful drinks, total was just shy of $100 per person before tip
hundred per before gratuity seems like a steal
and sharing dishes between two is a create your own tasting menu
easily translatable to activities later that evening
caught a tramp in the act

Edo tasting menu, added iberico which came out first. $100 pp
The amuse bouche of gazpacho and a a few unlisted one-biters were all contrasting in textures and temperatures. We didn't get all of the descriptions from the waiter as he was speaking quickly and heavily in spanish.

Stars were the the Hamachi sashimi on squash blossom, wagyu pastrami on a crisp with a ton of manchego cheese, and the suckling pig brioche. Loved the dessert which we had last time -- granita and popcorn ice cream.

Almost all new dishes from 2 years ago. Unpictured old fashioned drink was excellent. Will continue to recommend

dessert wasn't the granita last time we went
was bummed because we had it the first and it was delicious
good to see they're still serving it...probably a seasonal thing with the berries
presentation is different, side by side, and it looks like there's something else going on with the popcorn?

Maybe there's more popcorn dusting this time around. But the taste was exactly what I remember. Which was excellent
