For my money, the best pizza to be had in the Valley is Settebello. It's not like a New York thin crust and not like a deep dish, but it is wood fired, unique, and delicious.

PSA: NY NY has good late night pizza, as good as Cosmopolitan, and its usually far less crowded at peak (read: midnight - 3am) times. I think its cheaper too.

to clarify, i meant pizza places that have multiple locations across the country... obviously in east coast cities, and all major cities for that matter there would be better options.

grimaldi's is really good and consistent across it's different locations

i really like grimaldis though. think there are a couple locations on strip, one being in the mall
I tried both Grimaldi's and Secret Pizza this week while in Vegas, and I preferred Secret Pizza myself. Though the pizza at Grimaldi's was tasty.

+1 for Secret Pizza > Grimaldi's for me unless I'm already at Palazzo or Fashion Show Mall, very hungry, craving pizza, and someone's offering to pay.

Have you (or anyone else on here) eaten there recently? A few years ago I briefly dated a girl who loved Paymon's and we went there a few times. It was good then but I haven't been back since and recently I've heard the place has gone to s**t.

if you actually buy a pizza it takes forever - and it's expensive for sure

+1 on this.

Main residence on Manhattan we just don't get this quality in our hood. Settebello's pizzas rock, but don't order desert.

Sushi at Kaze, 3400 S Jones Blvd just off Spring Mountain - the same strip mall where China Mama and Chada Thai are located.

Quality is pretty good (below Sen of Japan, but by far not way below), and with the current 50% off promotion you get incredible value. Waitstaff might not ever have patronized a restaurant themselves, but at least they're well meaning.
