Noted, will have to give that one a whirl this weekend. Their menu doesn't say it's a skirt steak so that's good to know as I'm a skirt steak fiend and play poker at Aria all the time so just a short walk...

The short rib tacos are where it's at

Sorry, not a skirt steak. Ribeye. But a good $50 steak, for sure.

I’ll give it a whirl anyway but I am now disappointed.

After June in Spain, I've spent July in Va Beach and RDU, and while I love my wife's family, holy hell am I looking forward to my triumphant return to LV food one week from today. If you're ever in Virginia Beach, there's a new joint called Lovesong that's worth a visit (of course I didn't try it til last night). For most of the places here, pedestrian would be an upgrade. Good grief.

Local here with the best options:

Mexican Food:
Juan's flaming Fajitas - Best fajitas I ever ate - bean dip with chips - sick value$$ (3 locations off strip)

Italian food:
Batista's hole in the wall - Old school Vegas with pictures of the old celebrities that all ate there, super cool place- Bread amazing, Salad incredible , every main dish spot on - Desert cappuccino , All you can drink wine - All included for about $30 (Across street next to Bally's - Insane bargain for amazing food)

Pizza: Moneyline (Aria) Side Piece (Red Rock)

Tacos: Tacos El Gordo - Best street tacos - (There is one on Las Vegas Blvd, but a few locations around town - Prepare to wait in line, but so worth it)

This place Chikliquis Taco Stand is incredible, it's right behind Santa Fe. Get the Boss taco and a carnitas taco and thank me later. Probably the best tacos I've had in Vegas aside from the adobada at Tacos el Gordo.

This list is pretty hilariously lol outside of Tacos El Gordo

Went to Ono sushi for the AYCE a couple of weeks ago

I am not the most discerning of diners so YMMV but I thought it was great.

Apps were all good, nigiri was not over riced, and the variety of rolls were all excellent. They also allow you to order a half roll which is nice.

Service was very quick at 7pm on a thursday night. Would definitely go to again.

Any pics?

We stopped in for a jalapeno margarita and a cucumber margarita 2 weeks ago. Someone ordered a steak (it looked like a filet, so obviously different). I didn't see the exterior, but it looked like a dry, grilled steak to me.

I would gladly pay $50 for a good steak on the strip.

Half roll orders at AYCE places are essential. Let’s you try more things and you don’t have to power through stuff you didn’t like.

Went to new Tacos El Gordo location last week. It’s huge and it was up to par with your typical delicious experience at that place.

This was my favorite place pre-pandemic but I had a couple disappointing visits after they re-opened and haven't been back in over a year. Glad to hear it's doing well again and I'm going to give it another try.

Don't you live here in Las Vegas?

Anyone who lives in LV and doesn't know what/where Town Square is automatically makes any of their Vegas comments or recommendations obsolete imo.
