Big Bs off the strip is great for vegas bbq, stick with the giant beef ribs and especially the brisket. My wife is from Texas and she said that it would stay in business there in most areas for those two dishes, don’t stray from those items though.

Had A.Y.C.E. at palms, fantastic value for 32 dollar brunch. Decent selection. Everything was pretty good, brisket was excellent and worth the price of admission.

Best AYCE sushi that will do reservations? Neko and Itz Sushi don’t take reservations, and need reservations to work with my scheduling.

Just ate at Its Sushi for the first time, was very good, would recommend and happy to admit I was wrong.

Has anyone eaten at blossom in the aria lately? Worth it? Same question regarding the lotus of Siam on flamingo?

We had left Umiya because wait was like 1.5 hours, we probably waited 30 minutes and just walked 2 seconds over to Crown and Anchor and had a drink and then they texted that our table was ready. This was on a Sunday at roughly 6:30pm

It’s a can’t miss spot for me, we go on date night there every 2-3 months. For upscale bbq it’s going to be expensive. Beyond that everything on the menu is good to great, the service is always top notch, and it’s a really fun way to start a night partying in vegas.

Highlights are fried green tomato blt, short rib with grits, bourbon bacon chocolate cake and of course chicken and waffles.

We did Yardbird for dinner one night, but had been eating/drinking all day at the pool in the sun and weren't really in the mood for our dinner rez. I enjoyed what I had. We are going to hit the brunch this coming up trip, brunch menu looks great.

My GF and I were at Yardbird for lunch last October and we enjoyed it. IIRC, they have chicken and waffles all day. We split those, the fried green tomato BLT appetizer, and grits (might have had another side, but don't remember). It doesn't sound like a lot, but I'm not even sure we finished. The table next to us were not happy that the server didn't mention portion sizes after seeing the size of the chicken and waffles. They each ordered a starter (I think most were the chicken or brisket biscuits) and had a ton of food in front of them.

I thought the drinks were good if you don't mind the standard $18 price.

What's a good bakery in Vegas? Cinnamon buns for extra points.

Le Thai anyone been?

What are the best pizza places? Couple slices to go...not on strip

Get the Yelp app and filter by what's open now and sort by distance to see what late night eats are available around you.
I almost went there yesterday, but big downside is no indoor seating when it's hot out. A few tables in the shade, but that's it. (I did go there a couple times when I could take the food back to my Bally's room - pretty good food.)

Delices Gourmands (French), Freed's (cakes and cookies), Burgundy and Cafe Breizh have prepared foods, salads, sandwiches, but also breads, croissants, etc.. No clue where to get a good cinnamon bun

Yes, it's good. Downtown kind of a pain to park, takeout from Le Thai 2

Broadway if you're in the middle of town. I like Brooklyn's Best at Ft Apache and Trop for their grandma's pie. 2 slices and a coke is like $8 or something. There's other ok-good pizza but not sure about by-the-slice.

Old School Pizzeria which has two locations north and one location south is my favorite pizza place probably anywhere and it’s best when you order by the slice, do not forget the marscarpone sauce for elite crust dipping.
