Hah, for some reason I didnt even think about Cosmo being right next door, how stupid of me haha. I love the handroll sushi place, I was there 3-4 times last trip.
It's so weird being at a big casino and not having anywhere to eat late at night. Pre-covid it was a legal requirement that a resort must have a 24 hour restaurant.

Right? We were so surprised during our March trip that even Snacks at Bellagio which used to be 24/7 was closed at like 4 am. Wanted to walk over to Hash House, that closes as well. Basically only have Denny´s, Henrys at Cosmo, Aria café and Grand Lux at Venetian that is proper 24/7 in that area.

Grand Lux at Venetian is easily my fav 24/7 joint in Vegas. I have eaten there countless times, and havent had one bad item from their menu. Often i choose to play at V just to have Grand Lux close when i get hungry
I will be staying at Bellagio the coming trip for 7 nights and always struggled to find something to eat, Snacks is basically the only nighttime option (except for Noodles maybe). Whats the best daytime and nighttime place which is both close by and not super expensive? As I will be solo and wont look for fine dining.
The tram opens up options at Aria and Park MGM. Depending on how far you are willing to walk, maybe NYNY. I don't think the hours on the website are accurate. I thought the signs when I was there earlier this year said it ran until 4am and some websites I looked at seem to agree.
Question about Bouchon at Venetian. This place have been on my "wanna try" list for a long while, so gonna get it done this summer.
For those of you who knows this place, what are the nutted items to choose for a first timer? Ive watched a couple of reviews on youtube and their menu seems to have alot of good stuff on it.
I prefer their breakfast/brunch and the Croque Madame, steak and eggs, and chicken and waffles are all the nuts, as are their pastries/bread. I’ve never had a bad bite of food there and we go every trip.

the Croque Madame is vvg. I also enjoy the Hachis de Merguez
and then you really should try one/some of the pastries. they used to do a side of beignets...the warm, small sugared doughnuts, but just glancing at the menu and they don't seem to do them anymore. If you can get them you really should. if not I'll guess you have to settle for a croissant/pain au chocolat

Brunch or dinner? Haven’t been for dinner, but go for brunch every trip.
Literally everything is good, but chicken & waffles and their truffle fries are two of my standouts.
Had Bacchanal for dinner, still very good, probably best in town. 80 bucks per adult is getting pretty steep, fortunately kids under 5 are free and I have 2 of them, making it more palatable.
Last time I ate there... feb... I was pleasantly surprised. My initial visit sucked, but this 'brunch ' was not bad at all and if I remember correctly somewhat reasonable @ $50'ish.
I never left the 'MEAT. station, and I definitely ate 50 bucks worth of meat.
The death of most Vegas buffets is really sad to me. We're down to like 5 of them, and they're all fairly expensive. The station casino $9-13 buffets used to be the best deal in town, and even some of the mid-tier $20-35 buffets were often really good. I think the bean counters are being short sighted on this one - I get that buffets either lose money or don't make much, but it brings people in.
I'm still holding out hope I'll be able to cash in my Le Village Buffet vouchers from 2018 and 2019 one day. Otherwise all those miserable 4 hour Bally's 1/2 sessions will have been for nothing.

I’m a local and we have tried the whole menu plus most of the specials. It is just the most solid restaurant in Vegas. For the strip the prices are very reasonable, the service is very good, and the food is always among the best. It’s funny watching when they make the lobster Benedict the special because every person orders it. Their croque madame and truffle fries is probably my all time favorite breakfast.
