Yes, we do put NEON green relish on hotdogs, and I also put raw onions on them. Also, only Vienna brand dogs. I worked during high school at a warehouse on South Halsted, two blocks north of Maxwell Street and next door to a factory outlet store for Vienna. I'll put my South-side Chicago cred on the line on the topic of hot dogs.

In Henderson, Nv, try Steemie Weenie on Green Valley Pkwy just north of the 215. There also was a good Chicago dog spot on North Rancho, but I have not been there for years.
