I will also +1 Maggiano's as being a reliable, cheap place to grub.

What is all this about Maggiano's? To me Maggiano's as a typical sub-par chain that gives you way too much food and has a processed bland taste. The menu creativity is minimal and the service has only been ok when I've been there. (Chicago location only)

If you're in Vegas, why the hell would you go to Maggiano's if you have other great Italian options within 1.5 miles???

Because its cheap as hell compared to other strip options, and pretty good?

cheap as hell (comparatively) - yes
pretty good - hell no

It might be better than Olive Garden. That's about it. It's the Chili's of Italian food and not coincidentally is owned by Chili's.

This is by far the best pizza I've ever had!!! Thanks for making me drool, and drive 6 hours at the same time.

I am so cool with you guys not liking it. My buddy worked at the one in WA, so we ate there for free basically. It's pretty chainy but whateves. It made my day to see how up-in-arms you two got in a casual dining thread. I toast my next Hendricks and tonic to the two of you.

Wow Hendricks nice. I'm not a major gin connoisseur but that sounds pretty good.

I was eating at my southern calif Tommy Burger's and saw they now have two LV locations!!!

For anyone that enjoys a good chili burger, this is the best one.

My preferred order:
Cheeseburger, extra chili, extra pickles, extra mustard, hot peppers on the side
Awesome!

Lol, shared those exact dishes for lunch yesterday! Pretty good. I guess there's a reason I've eaten at Grand Lux a billion times.

It actually is very nice compared to what it used to be. I went to the pool the other day and it wasn't that bad either..

Went to Hash House other day and the portions are just ridiculously big, literally enough for 3 or 4. I hate wasting that much food. Fresh OJ was some of the best I've had but the man-vs-food sized portions just seem way excessive. Sage fried chicken benny was decent tho, at least the 25% I managed to eat was.

Peppermill wasn't very good imo. Bland and very dry, overcooked eggs.

Kung Fu near Valley View and Spring Mountain has some awesome Chinese delivery. They haven't screwed up my order at all in the past four years, either.
