Had Jessie Rae’s a couple days ago, baby backs and spare ribs along with their mashed potatoes which I think are fantastic. Everything was great and satisfied a month long BBQ craving.

Anyone ever eaten at Buldogis in Summerlin? Dirt Dog fan here but just heard great things about this place from a coworker.

Went to Lamaii on Spring Mountain over the weekend. New-ish Thai place. Decor was pretty nice, food menu not extensive like Lotus. Food was top notch, service a little spotty, but at around $100 for dinner for two with a cocktail each I can't complain too much.

Best non-fancy sushi on the strip?

100 seems kinda high for anything on spring mountain

Panang Duck (really well executed)
Pork fried rice - rice had an interesting texture, almost mushy but not really in a bad way, but you could still tell it had that fried rice taste

Papaya Salad - really good
Prawn fritters - solid, little light on prawns

Then mango sticky rice and a cocktail each. It's def more upscale than most of the places in Chinatown. Reminded me a bit of Chada.

It is Chada. Same owner and basically same menu.

have they implemented the full menu? last i saw there were limited options as they were working through their soft opening.

If you have never had a Crumbl cookie before, you are missing out on life. Bonus - it’s directy next door to the best coffee spot in Vegas (Aware). And they deliver too.

coffee is a real problem for me when I come to Vegas. I really like European style double espressos and long blacks.

Best I've found is the Espresso place in the walkway between Venetian and Palazzo. Are there other Euro style espresso bars at the Strip poker venues?

Yeah Ocean One in miracle mile shops. Everything is $5 during lunch and they have 3 for $10 drinks.

Just don't openly share the drinks with your friends - they don't like that

Also how was the potato salad, it looks strange from the picture included.

Potato salad was solid, not amazing, it was 19.99 + .75 upcharge for brisket in the 3 meat combo, tax and tip bumped it up a little more.

Not an espresso bar but try Espresso @ canaletto in the Venetian.

Best bang for your buck breakfast buffet on the strip?

If you hop on the strip and downtown express and head to the Cal stop for the market street buffet...it’s ...no, it’s...no they pay you to eat it basically.

I’m not saying it’s great, but it’s what Vegas should’ve stayed about.

Then hopefully a game is running from overnight at the golden nugget and you check that out. Then you hit pizza rock for lunch...then you do you.

Also, please dust “the strip” off your clothes before walking into the Golden Nugget.

...and by do you I mean Uber up to Santa Fe Station for an evening Sesh. Make sure via bravo it’s a “quad floppers” promotional day if not a Friday or Saturday.

Then you head out to la casa in tivoli village in summerlin for a nice cigar and cognac

Then you hit the late night red rock 2-5. Then you head back to the strip and clean up the Venetian 2-5. Then you catch what’s left of the B 5-10.

Then. Think twice.
