Esther's Kitchen last night was pretty good. It was quite busy, so it was also very loud. We split a peach/buratta/tomato/mustard greens salad, which was quite good. She had a white pizza and I had the spaghetti and meatballs, because the guy next to me was having it and it looked really good. And it was!
I had two wonderful glasses of Tenuta Sette Cieli Indaco, which is a blend of 30% Malbec, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc. It was excellent.
They're apparently still waiting on an espresso machine...so I couldn't get an espresso.
This is a good, local spot. Food is great and changes weekly.
Afterwards, we went to our favorite bar -
Starboard Tack, where we played video poker and I got their new drink, the Sukumviht Sour:
And my gal got what she always gets, the Chi Chi in the Panda mug:
If you guys haven't been to Starboard Tack, you are missing out....great drinks, great food, and a cool, little hang.
