Man I thought the tamago burger was really good. Liked the fries as well. Sample size one though. Never had slidin thru.

But maybe I'm weird -- I didn't love Bachi.

Mochiko is on my to-do list. Arm twisted -- will try art of flavor as well. Yelp says its under new ownership though.

I just can't even anymore with burgers that tall. Give me a minimalist burger I can fit in my mouth.

But BIG WONG is also in the latter shopping center. Reasonably priced fairly delicious place I grab lunch from almost once a week.

Always order chicken wings & shrimp wonton soup. Couple co-workers were intrigued so they have me order for them when I go now too. They order the exact same thing as me, too.

So I asked Big Wong what else there is good. He said everything is pretty good, but the stuff I already order is the best, except I should also try the beef Raman.

So I guess I'll try that next time. Anyway, it's good, & most dishes are $5.

Chuck Wagon coffee shop inside Longhorn Casino, 100 yards south of Sam's on the other side of Boulder Hwy (SW corner of Boulder & Harmon).

This is messed up. Today is NATIONAL CHICKEN WING DAY, but yet it appears the only "deal" going on in town is at Anchor Bar where you get one (1) free mild wing with purchase.

Very disappointed.

Is this actually related to the "creator" of wings in buffalo?

Something about the mayor of Buffalo decreed it & henceforth it was so.

Regardless, step yo game up Vegas wing establishments.

I feel like I hadn't really found good Chicken Wings anywhere in Vegas on my various trips.

The ones at BLT Burger at Mirage are the best I've had recently. Not as good as the best I've had in Chicago, but they're good when I'm craving wings and staying on the strip.

Yeah, I'm constantly wondering what my favorite wings in town are, I haven't figured it out yet. But nothing I would grade above "not bad".

I only had 'em once so maybe ran good, but the wings at Gordon Ramsay Burgr @ Planet Hollywood were really, really good. Of course it was probably $14 for 8 of them or something, but they were very tasty.

What's the best Chinese food in Vegas? Keep in mind I am talking about ****ty American Chinese food, not authentic in the least kind of stuff. I feel like in Boston there are places on every corner where the food is great. Out here it's all kinda bleh.

Wings & standard Chinese are definitely both only ok here.

Chinese here confirmed not nearly as good as Boston. I think with stuff like that you just gave to find a place close to home that makes your favorite things acceptably.

Or pay a bit more for American Thai food like at a Pin Kaow.

Every time I'm back in Boston, I stop at Tiki House in Waltham and Kowloon's on Rte 1 for that amazing American Chinese. Best **** ever.

There's a chain called China a Go Go, which gives you large portions of pretty good Americanized Chinese food for a reasonable price. Try them out.

Mmm yes, nothing like Kowloon. I'll check out China a go go.
