Hmm, that looks kind of like a fru-fru place. Would be ok, but not really what I was thinking of.

It looks like there are a few Wahoo's Fish Taco locations in the Las Vegas area. They're pretty solid. It should take care of your craving. https://www.wahoos.com/nevada/

Rubio's, the original San Diego fish taco spot, has a bunch of locations in LV. There are a lot better places in SD now but it will do in a pinch.

I never eat fish tacos but wife does and she says the ones at Bajamar seafood and tacos near downtown are great. Really nice owner too.

Rubios is the suck... who likes fried fish tacos with mayo on them.
wahoos... blackened grilled fish with black beans and rice FTW.
also... sharkys is pricey but very solid!

Gotta get the fish tacos with guac/cheese/salsa and no white sauce IMO. The grilled gourmet tacos at Rubio's are also incredibly good. I have been unimpressed with wahoo's and sharky's the times that I went there....decent, but nothing special.

Best thing to get at Wahoo’s is the shrimp. Good fried fish tacos are amazing also, as are good grilled fish ones, Wahoo’s fish isn’t that good.

Went to Komol Thai last night with the GF. It's in the same strip mall location as the old Lotus, off of Sahara.

It's decent, kind of a second-rate Lotus that we sometimes go to when we can't get into Lotus, and because it has some of the best vegetarian options in town.

I find it all rather bland, actually. The Tom Kha is good, some of the veggie dishes were good, but the panang and garlic chicken I had last night was, well, bland.

Is it? I went there once and never went again as it wasn’t memorable at all. I always liked Archi’s though not nearly as much as the Chadas.

What’s the best play for a Thanksgiving buffet on the strip? Have enough comps for Aria, Wynn, Bellagio or Bachannal.

Someone told me just ridiculous lines all day though and Wynn or B might not give me a line pass.

John Curtas said this is the best burger hes ever had, sounds like we really need to check out Nomad bar quickly. Been dying to find a replacement favorite cheeseburger in Vegas

I'm delinquent on my writeup of The Restaurant in the Fine Dining thread, but the food was very good there as well, so I certainly believe the cheeseburger claim.
