A lot, and then 2p2 doesn’t let you edit the post so it’s forever immortalized in casual dining history

Best pancakes in Vegas and probably anywhere in west coast are at Dupars in the Suncoast. Pro move is to call ahead and get to go because service is slow and atmosphere is not great but the pancakes are amazing. If I’m wrong I’ll take back all the things I said about toca.

I’ve never been there but just checked Yelp and it seems the pancakes are 10/10 and everything else is pretty average. I’ll add it to the list and make sure not to venture outside the pancakes. The ones at Winnie and Ethel were really damn good

Another addition to the Vegas burger list, totally unexpected but yardbird has a fantastic double patty burger. The short rib brisket blend was good enough after a bite to order one for takeout.

Went to Biwon for Korean BBQ and had a blast. The ribeye and short ribs were especially great.

Blueberry hill is definitely way better than it should be in general, and I like the pancakes a lot, but cmon they can’t hold Dupars jockstrap when it comes to pancakes.

My wife and I went to Momofuku last Tuesday night and both of us were astounded by the food. We ordered Spicy Cucumbers, Ginger Scallion Noodles, and Grilled Iberico Pork. The cucumbers were really good and the flavor just popped in your mouth. The crunchy things added the spice but it wasn’t too much heat. The noodles were delicious with the mushrooms being the best part. But that pork was the most tender and flavorful of anything we’ve ever had. The bill was $140 total.

This place is now on our must have list for Vegas trips.

I guess I'll have to try breakfast at Winnie & Ethel's, the steak looks good. I've only had lunch/dinner so far and thought it was sort of average. It didn't help that they were out of a lot of menu items every time I went. I also don't really get what they are going for with their theme - it's a beautiful modern decor that would suggest a trendy place, but the food and music suggests overdone 50s diner. They are still really new and probably figuring things out, but I hope they get rid of the cheesy 50s schtick and go in a more trendy direction ala Makers & Finders. There are enough shitty 50s diners in this city.

Knives no restaurant deserves more than two chances for you to have a great experience. I had to learn that with marche bacchus. My wife and I had easily 30 great meals there, even looked at having our wedding reception there. About 2.5 years ago, they lost most of their staff, went through 3 changes in chefs, and we tried at least 6 times and it was never the same. The service went from great to horrible, never saw the same waiter, special menus would look amazing and never taste up to par.

Noooooooo that is sad. Loved that place (but clearly haven't been in awhile).

First visit back to The Goodwich in like 2-3 years. It’s still awesome - we had egg salad, falafel, chips, and pickles. I miss having this place walking distance.
