I find the strat interesting because floating all the way down can be extremely deceiving... Polarizing. At some point, you're going to have to simply snap him off by gambling with your marginal non nut hands, and that is the strength of that technique... getting you to put in money on non nutted hands.

Most likely a PR fold... iso'ed against him, I call or raise and check back that flop.
going to the river, I think the idea of CR with a small lead out is okay to induce the river bet. there is about 170'ish in the pot and you need to put in another $200... that is crying call for sure, but be prepared for 2/2 or more likely 3/3.
