Hi Im Paul. I get a house every summer except (ahem) 2020.

Despite the WSOP moving, Venetian and Wynn are having big series - I'm guessing they all will. (Notably the SHR $3500 main event just broke records as people get back to playing live.)

Usu is 3-4 bed, 5-6 people, with a pool and fast wifi. I always have a car which I happily share, but house usu. in Summerlin or Spring Valley so Uber is cheap.
Usually the house is pretty ascetic, with keto lovers and gym junkies and meditators - but usually also 420 and beers talking over hands of the day by the pool at midnight. Definitely a grind house not primarily a party house, although I usually organized at least one party toward the end.

I'm one of the oldest WSOP grinders - average house age like 30, then there is me, 60. I'm pretty cool if I do say so, run PIO sims, study hard sometimes. Mostly like music from the last 2-3 years not before.

This house is a shareholder kind of deal - we split all costs as fairly as we can. I don't make a profit or freeroll.

I haven't found a place yet because if nobody is going, then I will get a tiny condo - but big houses full of grinders way more fun.

Usually, houses run $50 per person per night ISH.

So express an interest here - and we can talk dates. I'm for sure Jun 1-14. Maybe 2 weeks more. Houses are cheaper by the month.
