Was gonna try and post something witty, but just wtf?

In case English is not your first language, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and ask what you mean - are you trying to find out what hotel has the shortest distance between the rooms and their poker tables or what?

Most strip hotels have a poker room, so the poker tables are zero distance from the hotel, they are inside it - I don't know how to answer your question, lol.

This is difficult to answer. Many Casino-Hotels have a poker room in them.
Your distance from your room to the poker room will vary depending on your room location in the hotel. Your room could be on the second floor or on the 24-th floor and the poker room is say somewhere on the first floor or it could be worse. This is not how to pick the best place to play in. Some of the bigger active poker rooms are Venetian, Belagio, Migrage, MGM, Aria. But these are also in more expensive Hotels. You may want to stay next door or across the street. (And may put you closer to the desired poker room, then staying in the hotel that has it.) Within a half hour walk from the corner of Flamingo and Las Vegas Blvd I count 14 poker rooms. So check out alvegaspoker.com. Also find or download a map of the strip and mark on it all the poker rooms. Use google maps to find walking distance between them. Pick a hotel you can afford near the places you want to go.
And by the way there is nothing wrong with walking.

That might be the strangest question ever asked here.

Especially at MGM, you're either an elevator ride away staying in the West Wing or seemingly in a different zip code in a regular room.

I agree, that's a pretty strange question. Maybe he's on crutches? That's my only guess.

Well somehow he already got banned too...

I'm going to speculate and go with "extremely lazy." But he's never been to Vegas so how would he already know to ask such a question in the first place? The whole thing confuses me.

It's not a stupid question to ask how far the hotel elevators are from the poker room. Some folks are differently-abled and the distances within some casinos can be vast. That said, electric scooters can be rented from the bell desk in many casinos.

I guess it's not a totally stupid question as it turns out that was what he meant, but it was just so confusing the way he wrote it originally.

Anyone know why he was banned OOI?

Looks like he was spamming a bunch of redic general questions trying to get enough posts to get PM unlocked.

My apology for falling into the "spamming trap". But you never know. I figure it is better to be civil and help the feeble than to summarily dismiss them.

I stayed there for five days back in 2009 or 2010. Parties were going on non stop on the weekends, weekdays were very quiet. The bar and music downstairs went on well into the morning during weekend(bout 8am), lots of locals, freaks, hot chicks, random people...definitely a one of a kind experience. The food during lunch time in the restaurant was great for the money...probably the best French fries I've ever had. The DJ plays nothing but techno music. Overall, a fun time and excellent staff, clean although odd rooms.

I had a very nice time at the Aria Sky Suites. for $290/night, we got limo
to/from the airport, food/drinks in the lobby from 0700/11pm, beautiful room,
two roll away beds, and reservations/tickets waiting for us, for near front row and center tickets to two shows.

The staff was exceedingly helpful at all hours. The room was spacious,
and other than a relatively small tub, very well equipped. My wife and girls
were impressed treated like high rollers, and we definitely are not that

How did you manage to get Sky Suites for $290.00/night if you don't mind me asking? I always seem them for 750 so that is a great deal.

IP/Quad is cheap and between bellagio and venetian. i actually prefer it to Vdara (windows dont open at Vdara and they spray perfume on beds).

Stayed at Flamingo GO room. The design and initial look to it was amazing. The TV was huge but it was difficult to switch channels. They took 2-3 seconds to switch each channel. Upon initial check in, the heat was not working and I had to call in twice for a maintenance guy to fix it.

Also, they have a DVD player with an iPod plug in for your music so you can listen using their speakers and subwoofer. Well the cord for the iPod wasn't in the room and a call told me that it was "back ordered". The DVD layer broken 1/2 way through my Redbox movie one night and I was too lazy to call in since it would involve waiting who knows how long to fix it. Maintenance guys come whenever they can I learned from waiting 4 hours to get heat in my room at 2am.

One night I was without hot water. The bathroom was awesome though. Stand up shower was excellent and had two jets in addition to shower head. There was a TV in the bathroom mirror. Although the lights in the bathroom was partially out during my stay. It was bright enough without problem but I guess they get brighter.

The headboards were this paddled rubber white thing like an insane asylum and it was awesome because it was super soft and kinky. They also give you a mini fridge with was key. The room also has drapes operated by a light switch by the bed allowing you to open in the morning without getting up. The view was of the Bellagio fountains from my window! Winning!

The design, look, and feel of the room was excellent. The service brought me back down to earth. On 2 days, it took me 4 calls to get my room cleaned and each time you call housekeeping it's a 10 minute hold time for some reason.

I recommend the GO rooms but the Flamingo is still the Flamingo

I'm staying st the Flamingo next week for 5 days. Can't remember if it's a "Go" room, but the price was right, (Comped) and it has to be better than the IP. (The last place I stayed)... Thx for the Flamingo post.

Stayed in the same class of room in November for 8 nights and had none of the maintenance/service issues which you did, so I think you got unlucky (or I got lucky)...

In which Caesar's hotel should I stay?

Given a 1K Caesar's gift certificate for Christmas which I plan to use for hotel or meals when I play in one of this summer's 3 day WSOP tournaments. Also will have other resources. Stay will be 3-5 days. Plus and minuses on each or comparison would be a great help. Want to avoid a dump.

They all suck, but some of them have decent restaurants. Use the $1k on food.

Caesars is the only one that is actually nice, Planet Hollywood doesn't suck, and the rest are pretty much dumps.
