I booked aria for two trips (one July and one August) before this corona craziness started

I expected to logon and see if prices dropped and I could rebook a better deal. Instead they are all higher? What’s going on?

Yep, mlife don’t appear to have dropped prices at all yet.

I just looked up all Caesar prices again for last of June and all of them are showing higher for me then they did a month ago. Damn Rio is showing up over $150/nt after fees and taxes.

You got Flamingo for $15 to $25/nt plus resort and tax. You only need a room for 8 hours anyway.

Ok, the weekends higher obv, I see $629 out the door for those at Flamingo, so you get better rate but I don't give them action so that is why.

Im a diamond because I use their Visa card but have no Tier points and haven't gave them any action in 2 years since summer of 18 which was poker and maybe $200 total of slots and roulette. Just giving this info for a point of reference for people.

Because it seems relevant to the discussion.... In the 3rd week of January I booked 3 nights at PH and 4 at Cosmo for the 1st week of July. I normally would have done 4 at a CET property and 3 at Cosmo because of price, but a Friday at PH was $84 and I had Marriott points that covered a terrace suite at Cosmo. Today the PH rate is the same for me and the Cosmo rates have gone down.

I don't want to say that all CET rates have gone down or up, but I just know that my CET rates have stayed the same and the Cosmo rates have gone down. I do think that both rates should be lower, which is why I still check, but I haven't noticed rates being higher. YMMV.

Caesars rates went up again today after a week of being way lower. No idea why...perhaps they hit an occupancy threshold...or perhaps they’ll drop again next week?

Just checked. I will say that the $84 rate that i mentioned is now $89. Not a big deal, but I think (without knowing for sure) that the rate without my login information looked slightly higher at PH and Paris for that weekend. Not much, but definitely a bit higher. I could have sworn I checked at least yesterday afternoon (but definitely yesterday).

Sorry to spread misinformation. Cosmo is still cheaper, though.

Prices are higher pretty much every day I want to stay. It's just crazy. I can't believe all the rooms are going to be in high demand during the summer.

Cosmo rates dropped again for the 1st week of July. CET properties look the same.

I'm seeing lower weekday prices, but weekend prices are nuts. Over 200 bucks per night at the Rio.

just went into TR to cancel my June reservation, as it falls under the Australian total travel ban.......just because I'm a degen, I looked at what prices are like - the Linq is available (to me at least) for 6 nights in early June for $277, including resort fee and all taxes!

not suggesting it'll be open by then or that you should go, but if you're still toying with the idea of a trip to Vegas it may be worth putting a nominal booking just in case

I might look to book something for later in Summer/Sept

Prices are about the same for me as they were a month ago. Weekends are still high. Early May prices have dropped but that's meaningless since they might still be closed.

I know this pertains to San Francisco, not Vegas, but if you're planning a stay there in the near future, ewwww. If they do this in Vegas I might never go back, WSOP or not.
