I didn't think it fit what you wanted but I just wanted to put this out there if others were interested because like many Vegas attractions the Caesar's pool is definitely worth a visit.

I remember that gift shop because they sell Krispy Kremes.

I imagine they still charge you 35 bucks, or whatever it is, if you check in before 3 pm, even at the kiosk?

I think it said you have to do early check-in at the lobby if you didn't pre-purchase it. I didn't try. I think it was $30 to check in at 10am and it was implied that it might be less if you checked in later.

I like pools on the top of the casino and closer to the strip (notably Cosmo and Cromwell), but the PH pool does nothing for me. I've stayed at PH a few times and have never had the desire to spend much time at the pool. They have done a few things to break up the "concrete beach" with cabanas and green areas with those bag toss games, but the low pool to concrete ratio is unappealing, IMO. They do have the flowrider if you're interested in that.

Never stayed at Paris, but their pool is certainly more visually appealing.

Food options are probably close, but I only really eat at Mon Ami Gabi at Paris (for the patio) or the GR burger place at PH. I would guess that Paris has the slight edge. Both places are close to other cheap food options with the outside area at Bally's and the mall.

I personally choose PH because I like the vibe and it's slightly cheaper (although I recently booked 3 nights in June and both places were the same price). My GFs parents are thinking about joining for a few nights while we're there and will most likely book Paris over PH strictly because of the pool and over Caesars because of the price.

I wanted to stay at Golden Gate for WSOP but it won't let me book more than a week. So, I am thinking Wyndham next door, Palms or Orleans (because of the shuttle to GG). Any comments on Palms/Orleans? I just need a decent gym, and clean, quiet room. Orleans has the added bonus of a decent poker room (apparently - have never played there).

You mean Gold Coast. Golden Gate is downtown.

I stay at the Orleans regularly. It's the best place to play if you like LO8. It will have a nice lineup of smaller buy-in tournaments, especially the non-NL stuff.

The Orleans is just another hotel. Nothing bad that I have noticed, but nothing special. Rooms are furnished in a dated way. I like having the separate sitting area with a couch. The food options are good. I like Bailiwick, Big Al's Oyster Bar, and the Irish pub across the street.

With your reference to shuttle, I am guessing you mean Gold Coast and NOT Golden Gate. GG is downtown...and no shuttle affiliation with Orleans.

Hey guys-
Got a 2 night comp at Westgate next week but haven’t stayed there in years and need a reminder on which (of the 3) towers has the best rooms. I know one of them got remodeled fairly recently but have no idea which is which. Any current insight would much appreciated.

The shuttle ist driving around:
So Gold Coast to Orleans is fast but
Orleans is to Strip (Fashion Show mall) and then to Gold Coast.
The Bus does not stop at Gold Coast from The Orleans.

obviously, WSOP is potentially up in the air given covid 19 but as a PSA, Caesars Group hotel prices are falling rapidly and are really low.

Booking through Total Rewards (I'm Gold, which I'm sure is the lowest possible profile), I found the Paris for 6 nights in early June for $464 inclusive of tax and resort fee - fully refundable til 30th May. If you were crazy enough to want to stay at the Rio, prices are even lower there.

mlife prices have also fallen but nothing like this much.

Are you sure you can really get the room? I saw low room prices too, but when I tried to book it gave me several errors. When I called, the prices were way more than I want to pay.

I've had confirmation emails with the price on it.

I did have to attempt to book 3 times before it took it, so perhaps their software is glitchy
