And really unethical.
I'll defer to you if I'm wrong here...I only play like 10 live mtts a year so...

Anyhow my thoughts were with 70% of your own action your not gonna softplay someone you have 30% split x ways with...wouldn't make any sense. The idea was simply to let other players sweat each other a little in the more likely scenario that only 1 or 2 go deep...

Well anyways, I guess we could just go play one standard and get drunk. ...filter out to the cash games when we bust...and continue getting drunk.

Tomorrow! Should be checked in and looking for a game by 9pm. Probably Bellagio or PH depending on how tired I am.

Just got done with a week long road trip with the family, 2100 miles on my car, so flying somewhere is going to feel like heaven.

The Friday at the Orleans is crazy good value. $125. 250ish runners. First will be 6-7k. Insanely soft field.

What time is that? It's my last night in town and I think it would be great change from my usual weekend PH routine.

So just spent a week on a family driving vacation. Squeezed one night of cards in at the Horseshoe Cincinnati. Thought I'd do a warm-up quick TR to set the stage for this week.

Played a whopping three hands of 1-2 in an awful nit fest where the first hand was my TP/flush draw vs. a set of jacks in an unraised pre-flop pot. Same V then flopped another set vs. 2 pair on me, again unraised. Moved to a must move 2-5 table as soon as they called me. Ridiculously soft game. Ran well, made the stuck money back, hovered around $500-$700 when I got moved to the main table, seated next to this needling old guy in a fedora who was sprawled out over 2 seats.

I'm a big dude and was squeezed into too small a space. Dude had his elbow in on cupholder and a bottle of water in the one in front of me.

"Hey, is this your water?"

He glared: "Yeah, that's MY WATER."

In classic Minnesotan passive-aggressive fashion, I ordered a Diet Coke and when the waitress arrived, said, "Hey, you mind moving your water so I can set my drink down?"

"I ain't moving my water."

So I have to use the cupholder in front of the guy to my right, and I decide the only solution is to felt this dude. 15 minutes later I call with 68cc in the small blind in a limped mostly family pot. Flop comes 954 rainbow. I check. Fedora bets strong, like $40, several callers. I raise to $105. He calls, everyone else folds. Bet the turn for $180 or so, he sticks the last of his money in, I call, river blanks, I roll over the straight. He glares at me, then his cards, then at me, then gets up.

I grab the water, hold it up, and say, "Hey, don't forget your water!" He walks away without a word.

+1300 for the night. Let the run good continue this week.

Well played.

Calling floor to square the table and tile the dude was another option.

Holy crap Louie Anderson is at the airport again! Don't think he's on my flight this time.

Main terminal security lines where I am from are EV-.

Haven't flown out of the main terminal since March so this weird new high tech almost Japanese style table seating with iPads everywhere to order food is kind of bonkers.

CNN and the national guard heading to Fergurson all over the TVs and people basically staring blankly. Meanwhile the flight is delayed a bit and oversold. Yay!

My read on the joint was that the staff didn't like to get pushy with regs.

I was seriously t-rex'ed elbows wedged to my sides reaching over my chips to see my cards. (Horseshoe cincy has no betting line any chips past the cards are in play regardless of motion or intent rule so I was being crazy careful.)

One day you will all come visit me and I will remember to warn you to wait several minutes before biting into a Juicy Lucy (local delicacy, burger with cheese cooked on the inside) to avoid molten cheese spraying all over your face and hands. Ouch.
