I shouldn’t have felt as bad as I did. But I still did. If my phone died or I was banging a hoe, or at a nightclub and I couldn’t post I really always felt bad

Remember this is the guy who started a thread two years ago about how excited he was about moving to Vegas. You would think he would be sharing every moment of his journey. Instead, we get a photo of the parking lot of a casino and then nothing. Makes you wonder.

OP didn’t have 40k! Didn’t you know his poker bankroll was only 4K? Which is fine since he’s planning to have another job, but I’m guessing he lost the 4K and now is moving to Vegas with only his life roll and no poker roll. I’d feel awful if I blew my whole roll before I even got to my destination too (I’ve done it)

Yeah. I'm thinking he dented his small roll before his 2nd tank of gas, but even something like a small car accident could de-rail things. Hopefully he's just a flake and not in trouble. So much write up beforehand.

In a sick way I get a good laugh out of the failed reports. All the hype and excitement by OP's then reality stets in... the house is stacked against you and its not as great as it seems.

I still hope for people to do well but this happens so often on LVL.

I think the most likely issue some kind of personal issue...either for him or one of his travelling companions.

Car stolen, friend taken ill, problem 'back home', that kind of thing.

I'm 100% sure he will be back in the thread soon...and hopefully whatever has happened hasn't stopped the move.

Stopping in casinos on the way to living in Vegas with a 4k poker roll is bad news. He prolly felted and went back home. Prolly never made the next stop.

And playing sh*ty casino daily tourneys for a living is the definition of hell on earth.

This might be worse than the Blasted situation, in terms of LVL history. Blasted was just there for a short trip. This guy was going to move to Vegas, made several threads about the upcoming move, and yet may never have made it past St. Louis before he stopped posting.
