The Orleans would definitely be an option and their poker room is always busy.

The Santa Fe Station could be another option. They are basically Red Rock lite but have everything u have listed and would be cheaper. and they are right next to I-95 which u can easily jump on to take down to the Strip or to the Rio.
Wow literally my first day ever in Vegas I was meeting up with my friend at the palms to play 2/5 nl

Couldn't find him and he tells me he's in 2/5 nl in the high roller room lol

Still remember some fat Russian dumping close to 10k with a 500 max and playing with rich eiesen

Good times

People have been mentioning the Orleans and you say you want the possibility of free room comps in the future, so I will say that I have gotten room offers from there after playing some poker and dumping maybe $100 in slots after a nice session.

Red Rock and GVR are Stations Casinos, but I am not sure about how generous their loyalty program is.

I stayed at the Palms for a week last WSOP, it was great. I ended up booking my room for around 70 per so it wasn't bad at all. I had a rental car, which I highly recommend fwiw.

Stayed three times at Boulder Station. Nice and cheap buffet, mostly locals there, Steakhause, Mexican, Italian,.... all good and inexpensive, rooms are older but clean and ok, pokerroom with approx. 10 tables including "housewivesomaha" (4/8 omaha high with full kill), really fancy players and the ladys serving the drinks are the best and fastest in Vegas! I got always fresh drinks without I've ordered! I'm there again from June 16. for 20 days.

Really like jollo’s post so much gold in it. I need to give Boulder Station a shot.

Looks like quite a ways from the Strip and Rio though.
