After catching up for a while in the room, we went downstairs to walk through the Miracle Mile and just got a table at Ocean's One or whatever it's called. It wasn't too far of a walk, and everyone was exhausted. Three for one drinks and you can take them with you. The food was actually fine. Nothing great, but they had a table for eight and we had fun.

I left early and headed to Aria. Got another but hold him seat right away. They have tables set up out at the casino area. It was pretty packed. Can we feel a little pretty quickly, but I was a little drunk! I'm losing $600 and I don't even remember what happened. I think I lost my last hand with two pair and a straight draw against a slight Maniac who ended up with a set. Headed to bed at midnight after drinking since 10 a.m. Eastern. Oops.

I'm going to stay sober and focus for the rest of the trip. More to come.

Bellagio. And how we got to the Bellagio! The scooters were $130 a piece for 2 days. All of the hotels allow them in the rooms. They dropped them off for us. We should have just shared three of them or four. Didn't need the fifth, but we have it.

One of the last trips I made to LV with a traveling buddy, we were eating breakfast at the Flamingo IIRC and an older guy with a scooter at the next table backing up blasted into my pal while he was eating. Old guy just put it in forward gear and motored off. His adult son (we presumed) said to my pal as he walked by on the way out, "It's Vegas. What are you gonna do?" and shrugged his shoulders. LOL!

I officially dub thee "The Scoot Gang of 2023"!

So, dinner at Biwon was great and fun. Staff was actually excellent. Bulgogi and thin spicy pork belly were our favorites. Sorry no pics.

Absinthe was fantastic! We saw it years ago, and it did not disappoint again. One of the best shows in Vegas.

We definitely had the Seinfeld scooter discussion! Absolutely love that show. Got up this morning around 8:30 and went down to the gym. Then hung out with the family. Now with the Golden Nugget playing 1/2. A pretty friendly table. We're having fun. Zip lining coming up next. In for $600.

Scooter talk reminds me of the scooter races Doyle and Amarillo Slim had in the hall outside of the Rio convention center.

Left the table after about an hour. up $180. Hubby was up $200. Of course, we lost it all playing craps, blackjack, and video poker.

Zipline was a nightmare. The whole reason we went was because of the elevator for my mother-in-law. They were not going to let us use it for some reason. Had to get a supervisor, and they fought with me. It was horrible. They finally took us up, but then they kicked me out. They had to call security LOL. I can be a bit of a b****. I filed a complaint. My mother-in-law and cousin did get to zipline but they said it was 30 seconds and hardly worth it.

Got up early this morning and took scooters to the Venetian. Took about 45 minutes, but my mother-in-law loved it. I walked and got a lot of steps in! My husband is working today, but we're going to all you can eat sushi for dinner tonight.

Sounds like a clusterf at the zipline. That sucks.
Which AYCE sushi place you going to? Almost all of them are good, with some better than others imo. I visited Umiya and Gorilla when I was in Vegas 3 weeks ago. Both were excellent

I'll ask my wife to forward you her zip-lining tips. Her only zip-line experience was in Ketchikan with our (at the time) teenage son when we were on an Alaskan cruise. When she got to the first landing she apparently didn't slow down enough and kicked the guy who was working there hard in the nuts!

She felt really bad about that, but not so bad that we don't laugh about it occasionally. Poor guy.

Sorry that it was a bad experience for you and your mother-in-law.

I ziplined in Costa Rica. It wasn't a great experience for me either. Once in a lifetime because I'll never do it voluntarily again, lol.

I have been bungee jumping and skydiving, so skipping the zip line was okay for me. At least she finally got to do it. I posted a picture of the post it because that's how official they were with my case! Pathetic. The security were nice at least.

After the ziplining, we just had dinner at the little cafe and Binions. It was actually pretty good.

MIL is Catholic and taught religion. When we showed her the picture she said, I didn't think they were so exposed. She was obviously not paying attention. BIL having fun.
