How _is_ the mask situation at the poker tables? I'm going in about 10 days and just trying to gauge how efforced is it? Like if people have it under their nose, under their chin, can you drink at the table, does the floor/dealer say anything, etc? I've got a 50 pack of disposables packed, just trying to get an idea of what to expect. Great TR so far by the way, keep it coming!

Masks required, but some people are pretty lax. Occasionally the dealer or floor tells someone to mask up, but not always. No plexiglass, thank goodness. At Aria you can eat and drink at the table. At Bally's you can drink at the table but no food. Those are the only rooms I've played in.

Up $865 at 2/5. Guy tried to bluff me off AJ on a 79J5 board for a quick double up. Now at PLO.

Decided before we got to Aria that if we were up $1,000 between us we would go elsewhere. Took about an hour We were going to say, but the main games were reg infested.

Now playing 1/3 at Bellagio. Might see a show later.

Not sure how they make the mist, but it comes up from the circle of spigots in the center of the fountain lake. It looks really cool.

We used to make it to Venetian/Wynn, but it's too far of a walk with my husband's covid problems. It makes him too dizzy / fuzzy headed and increases his twitching/stumbling. He is trying to get in to see a neurologist and finally got through the V.A.'s red tape (he's a former Marine) so I hope they will see him soon.

Well, we had a blast a Bellagio, but we are even again I lost to a pair of deuces that limp called my 3 bet for $60 and flopped a set. (I had AA, of course, on an innocuous K-high board except for the darn 2!). I also lost $100 on my last hand w/ KQ vs AK -- I should not have played it, but he was a short stacker new (as in newbie) player and he seemed so happy to win so it actually kind of made me happy

My husband made two terrible calls to lose about $500. He realizes how bad they were, but it was quite shocking. The calls were against the two tightest players at the table on awful boards. Oh, well.

We had a great trip, and I'm so glad we stayed an extra day and "Vegased" a little.

The one thing I recommend foodwise is the red curry w/ duck at Lemongrass in Aria. Hexx was decent, too (I had the rigatoni alla vodka). Sitting on the patio watching people and the fountains while drinking a bottle of rose and playing cards was great. Also, you can use Caesar's points at 2 for 1, so our meal was really cheap.

We were too lazy to go off-strip, so no Lotus or sushi or anything else interesting.

I'm sad to leave, but I hope to be back before the end of the year.

Lol. When we have Aria across the street with known basically 24/7 PLO, I don't see the point of paying for a taxi, but I am sure the drivers are glad you do

I drive my own car when I go to Vegas, but I have seen the taxis.
