2/5 is my big game on the east coast though I'm very comfortable playing 5/10 as well. What rooms do you guys recommend where there's some nice soft action? Willing to play 1/2 as well if it plays big

2/5 will only be available at Aria, Bellagio, Wynn and Venetian. None of them will be soft, unless they are when you get there.

So if I'm staying at palazzo....no real reason to venture anywhere else. Got it, thanks. There's no chance 5/10 will be soft righ?

There’s always a chance of finding a soft 5/10 game, but the odds are pretty low.

I don’t know where you usually play and how tough those games are, but based on my experience over the last couple of years playing at various casinos in the Midwest and South, the games in Vegas are (significantly) tougher than anywhere else.

FWIW, I have no idea how busy poker is in the week before Christmas, but at other times of the year you won’t even find 2/5 at the Venetian during the day on weekdays.

For 5/10 you are limited to Bellagio/Aria/Wynn and even that is hit & miss. I think Bellagio is the only room that has 5/10 running almost 24/7.

For casinos I play at foxwoods, Mohegan sun and borgata mostly and, with the exception of a super tough table I came across recently at borgata where like almost the entire table was waiting for 10/20, combined with some bad luck and play, it's usually pretty soft. I also play in a SUPER soft 1/3 game that plays like 2/5.

I'll be there over a weekend probably playing satrurday and monday. Maybe i'll head over to the bellagio since a common theme I'm seeing is that it has the msot tables running
