3-0 on baseball yesterday first bet today is Nationals and Phillies first 5 inning under. I got at even money under 4.5 runs. I feel good on this one which usually means it’ll be 6-6 in the 3rd.

Well I lost close to $300 to get $50 back in freeplay at Arizona Charlie’s. It’s still +EV but need to hit those big hands.

Winner, winner, thanks for playing. Glad someone is reading this.

Yes you are correct, the second part of my post above was supposed to be a quote of your post.

0-3 on $10 matchplays at Fremont, California and Main Street. Also 0-2 on MPs at Jerry’s, did win $18.75 on $20 MP.

At least I got a guaranteed win at Chicas Bonita’s across from Jerry’s. Might need to make a trip to Cuba they have imported some fine mamacitas.

On to Bighorn and Poker Palace.

Holy crap in a huge line of people cashing paychecks. Might have to skip the Bighorn. I think maybe someone was catching a bad check or something as security was all over the cage.

Main Event at the Rio but they got tourneys here as well.

This is where the break out, break out BJ dealers go. Unbelievably bad, I could shuffle better at 12.

If I was a card counter this is where I would start. Crazy good rules, can spread $2 to $50 with no heat. The games is supervised by the other breakouts as they rotate.

Back at the Nugget poker room. Played $1/$2 last night, I think pretty decent all things considered.

I was somewhat card dead, played for about 3 hours. I got QQ UTG raise to $10. LP 3 bets to $70. I only have about $200 to start. Villain is a young guy just sat down but seems active. I call. Flop is 10 high I check and intend to check raise all-in the certain c-bet. He goes all-in, I call quickly. I ask if he had Kings and say I have Queens. He says AK, I hit a set on the turn, he rivers a straight.

Table was talkative as well. Guy sitting at the table says he played $2/$5 at the Wynn with Boski and says he actually plays a lot of PLO and $2/5 and $5/$10 holdem. He said Boski is terrible. Said he won a pot where Boskubbluffed a turn all-in bet against his boat holding QJ.

you sure like hash and diner food.
maybe it's just I am from New England and now living in the upper Midwest so I've grown up with it, doesn't seem like destination food. although actually I don't think I've ever had hash...

Between this and thread of the "fake high roller" on busto watch, really enjoying the variety of the trip reports. Let's see a long list of single digit plus signs. Go go go. +$ +$ +$

Edit to say - you are a brave man for some of those locations! Yikes. Like a scene from The Walking Dead.

Forgot the pic of the worse shuffling I’ve ever seen at a BJ table, I thought BJ dealers have to go a training school before they start working? Perhaps Poker Palace is the school?

No question something about eating breakfast food in a booth in a place that hasn’t been remodeled in 30 years makes me happy.

You need to try hash, my technique is to mix up the egg with the hash with ketchup and lots of Tabasco. Heaven on a plate.

Thank you OPp, +$ ain’t happening way under EV but enjoying myself.

It’s weird but I 10 times more safe in those places in North Las Vegas than I do walking the strip or being on Fremont when it’s busy. I’m also sure it is more safe.

Not the best shot but have any the locals seen the guy in the black shirt in this pic around town? He had huge gold chains and huge diamond earrings on each finger, blonde ponytail. Was like some gimmic a professional wrestler would have.

subscribing, this is fantastic, glgl. Makes me nostalgiac for my early vegas trips and the (formerly) $2.99 ham steak and eggs at Arizona Charlies with all the dealers getting off grave. To be single again...

FWIW omeprazole on sale at costco rn.

Great TR...a couple of those pics reminded me of a thread back in the glory days of RGP where a guy said he loved poker and was wondering if he died and was cremated, in which room could his ashes be scattered such that they would persist the longest without being vacuumed up

I think his ashes would stay for eternity at Poker Palace.
