Ha well yeah I won’t be quitting my day job or cashing out the 401K to load up my offshore sportsbook accounts but I’m up somehow up. Not much but up.

When are you going to Vegas?

It's an old concept. Patterson and Olsen described it 1986, and I'm sure they weren't the first.

The shuffling abilities of these dealers was terrible, which guessing would make what you describe more exploitable.

Hey you ever make it back to Vegas? Your trip reports of varied mid-stakes poker where great and a nice change from the normal low limit NL holdem.

Before the end of the year.

I know I am not a Kardashian and I don't use social media, but some things are best not publicized and exact pre-trip plans are one of those things.

We really don't have anything worth stealing, but I don't want my wife to go through the hassle of a break in while I am gone.

It's been forever.

I've got a kid who's 2. She's just to the point we could send her to stay with the grandparents. So Dartwife and I are planning a trip between Christmas and New Year's.

Congrats on the kid I knew you and MissSplawn where expecting. Yeah kids make Vegas trips difficult. I had a three year hiatus for the same reason. Grandparents are great for dumping off kids. You could always be that couple on the strip or under the canopy downtown with a kid in the stroller at midnight.

Sorry for the out-of-date reply (just discovered the thread and reading through it all).

This is NOT a good look

They really needed to have chosen a better color scheme.

The underside of the toilet lid looks like someone had bloody diarrhea.

Not helpful, now I remember it's the Jackie Gaughn suite at the ElCo that you can rent as part of a special after hours Mob Museum tour. If I had a somewhat small office team in Vegas this is totally the type of thing I'd rent for some type of team building/office party.

That bidet looks like my toilet after a night of heavy drinking and excess beet consumption.

Having never been there, there was no way I could be helpful.

Humorous, but not helpful.

Yup, the Jackie Gaughan suite you can have the pleasure of staying for 2 nights for $2550 (including mob museum entry).

Even if they paid me, I would rather be backroomed than stay there.

That bathroom is one of those sights you can’t unsee.

When my wife asked how much they cost I told her gave them to me for signing up for a players card. Although I almost said $300.

The way the sign up promo works was they give you free play based on the number of points of you obtain in 24 hrs of signing up. It’s 2000 points for $100 free play and $50 for 1000 points. Points are accumulated as follows,

$1 slots = 1 point
$2 VP = 1 point
$4 full pay VP = 1 point

I ran money through 10 play $0.25 and $2 full pay Bonus Poker at a 99.17% return with perfect play. I figured even without perfect play it was close to +EV without considering future offers. I ran bad without a single premium 4 of a kind and overall under expectations on 4OAKs.

If I’d do it again I’d okay it through on a non full pay Jacks or Better for $2 a point and less variance.

Me and the kiddo got to use one of the $300 Arizona Charlie kites on D-Day Omaha beach in Normandy.
