Pretty much as difficult as every year for me. In other words, damn near impossible.

Nice job. At least I had the mask on this year. Every other year I must look like a criminal, most people won't even respond with a "no", they just look away or keep on walking.

So I tried to keep track of my wins/losses and expenses for the trip. I’m sure I missed a few things here or there but this breakdown is pretty accurate.

Tournaments +$105
Cash games +$6
Sports betting +$96
Blackjack -$205
Pai Gow -$1255
Craps -$455
UTH +$1535
Roulette -$100

Total -$263

Hotel $460
Flight $180
Food $700
Cabs/Uber $280
Entertainment $170
Misc tips $50

Total $1840

It’s definitely not cheap to stay in Vegas for 2 weeks. Even with my girlfriend there helping to pay for the hotel/food/cabs the money flies out of your pocket! Tuesday right before we headed to the airport I had to cash a ticket in the Aria sports book and decided to play one last hand of Pai Gow for $200. I had no idea that hand would determine whether I was a winner of loser for the trip! First hand I pushed, second hand the dealer had 3-pair and I was toast and posted a small loss for the trip.

We both had lots of fun, played way too many table games and not enough poker and logged way too many steps (my feet are still killing me). I think next year I wanna do a few shorter trips instead of one long trip, two weeks is just a bit too long. I’m glad I survived it without going busto!!

Pretty cheap for a two-week vacation, gambling, drinking, eating, and having fun! Glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for posting.

Second guess, so if correct, you'll retain 100% of your bet...

Was their center of those Super Bowl years (I think his name was Wisniewski) # 53 by chance? If so, then 8 (Aikman) + 22 (E. Smith) + 53 (Wisniewski) = 83. Ta da!

You’re the closest so far! And feel free to keep guessing, I figured someone would get it by now

Okay, I looked it up. Not Wisniewski, as he wore #76. But I think I had the heritage correct! I won't spoil it, but if it's the sum of the uni's of three players, then I know the third.

Nope, you’re on the right track. Hint #4:The answer involves players from the 70s up to the current team

Yeah, just slightly over a hundred bucks a day.

OTOH you didn't spend anything on strip clubs. That's usually one of my bigger expenses.

Ok nobody guessed it so here it is…

Staubach (12) + D White (11) + Aikman (8) + Emmitt (22) + Romo (9) + Zeke (21) = 83

I would have pretty close if I guessed again.... I had Dorsett instead of Staubach and White.

Nailed it! Cowboys did give me a scare, but, what a game in the last 2.5 minutes.

That was cheap for all the fun you and your girl friend had in the desert. If you look at your numbers over other options poker usually doesn’t lose much money!

Nice hit!! Keep in mind my gf and I pretty evenly split the hotel/food costs but yeah I guess it wasn’t as bad as I originally thought. About $140/day and if I went solo I could definitely get that down closer to $100/day. Totally worth it for the experience we had!

You probably know this, parlays as a strategy is frowned upon, the betting analysts say the lucrative aspect draws people in for a small wager and a big payout, but, we need hit it exactly to win those crazy odds.

I would limit mine to 3/5 picks max. Usually with an option to cash out by choosing games with different start times. Of course there is nothing you can do if you lose the first game in the parlay.

Good luck with your future bets and I wish you more trips with your cost sharing/cooperative girl friend.
