Well, now that I am back I can reveal I took a trip that included a few days in Seattle with the wife followed by a week long solo in Vegas.

In the following days, I will share my thoughts on a whole host of things about the trip. Mainly the Vegas portion.

Some of the highlights will be flying first class, eating four nice meals, getting propositioned twice, learning of a buried treasure, flopping quads in one hand, rivering a royal flush in another, doing something I haven't done in probably thirty years, and meeting a most interesting person.

This person might be the most interesting person I have ever met.

Hope you end up enjoying the trip report. Give me a few hours to wake up more before I start posting the details. I got in first and then had to go back about five hours later to get the wife when she came in. I AM TIRED!

I am definitely interested in this TR, but I found it funny that Doc didn't want to reveal the dates of the trip when it would be super obvious when he stopped posting multiple times a day.

He would’ve of somewhat blown his stalkers off his trail by his detour to Seattle. I can see someone keeping an eye for him at the daily at Bally’s the first few days he’s in Seattle and giving up.

It wasn't that I was afraid of people in Las Vegas. I just didn't want anyone in my hometown knowing both the wife and I were gone at the same time. And potentially coming home to a burgled house even though there isn't much of any value.

Besides jetlag, the worst thing when coming back from a trip is not having much edible food in the house.

I am going to take a long nap and hopefully get started on the actual trip report when I get up.
