It took 2 or 3 weeks for the hotel tier credits to post

One perk I hadnt seen mentioned here is 2 free tickets to your choice of Caesars show every month.

Most of them aren't that great, other than Penn and Teller. I've been Diamond for 3 years, been to Vegas at least 10 times in that period, and only seen 1 show.

I'll frequently use mine for tickets to the Comedy Cellar at the Rio. The lineups rotate weekly, usually it's the regular host and four comics. It's also real close to the Rio's diamond lounge, and a couple drinks before the show usually helps in case the comics aren't great. But it's been a fun night out every time that I've gone.

Ha, I stayed at the Rio last weekend. I thought about going to that show, but one of the listed comics was someone I had zero interest in seeing.

Saw a post on r/poker saying if you played 150 hours at any one MGM room you would qualify for gold and then Caesars would match with Diamond. Can anyone confirm if this is still a thing?

In case anyone else gets the 100x multiplier in the future, yeah it's a 24 hour window, there is definitely a way to make it way plus EV but I ended up playing poker the whole time and banking the $18/hr that the poker room gives you. And fwiw, I'm a pro that plays 5x/wk, this is the first time I've gotten anything higher than 5x swiping for two years every mon/tue so yes it is quite rare.

I just did this two weeks ago, yes it still works. Played 150 hours at Aria, got gold status, and brought the card over to Bally's to get Diamond status.

I usually get diamond through my play but with this 5x tier credit promo does anyone know if you can book a suite for a few nights totaling $1,000 and getting 5k tier credits from that which would give you a 10k tier credit bonus which would get you diamond?

No, you only get the bonus based on credits earned by play.

If someone was playing VP solely to get Tier Credits for diamond, is it better to play 9/6 Jacks or Better@$25 per coin in. Or 9/5 JoB@$10? Those are the only two options I see at the Rio according to vpFREE2.

The 3 machines with a 9/6 payscale only earn 1 TC per $25. You could lose a substantial amount of money to earn enough TC's. Too bad they lowered the payscales on their $1 machines in April.

As an example, slot badges and Table game badges say:
1 Star: Earn 25 Tier Credits; get a 25 Tier Credit bonus and 1 drawing entry.
2 Stars: Earn 50 Tier Credits; get a 50 Tier Credit bonus and 2 drawing entries.

Ok that makes sense, but then under hotel badges it says:
Earn 25 Tier Credits through qualified gaming, hotel, and food & beverage spend at each of these Las Vegas properties to complete this collection of badges!

What the hell is qualified gambling? I'm curious if i earn 25 tier credits playing VP will that get me the Hotel Badge? Would be nice if they explained that on the page. I fly in Friday so will ask at the TR desk but i'm not convinced they will know or they will give me incorrect info.

Yes, you have to be there with ID. Not sure about resort fees.

Don't know the answer, but I will point out how weak these quests are any more. Spend 200 bucks on your room and get 800 tc bonus is a lot better than chasing tc 75 at a time.

Anyone know how to find the rate at which a room was booked on the total rewards reservation page? When I look up my existing reservation it just shows the dates and not the rate at which the room was booked.

I don't know of a way to get that info yourself. Recently, I've been saving that info as I book. I'm sure they'll let you know if you call.

Or search for your confirmation email.
