It probably varies based on your play and host.

My host was assigned a few years back, I average ~ 20-25k tier points a year.
My experience though has been that my host is pretty useless. I think that everyone who is diamond gets a host, I imagine that hosts have tons of diamond people. They seem to be more of a direct hotline to talk to someone then anything else.

- He called me first time to introduce himself and then asked if i wanted to book a trip as he had some good offers for me, i was thinking great, then he basically just read some of the standard offers i saw online on my account, nothing special.

- I called him some time later saying that i wanted to come out, hoping they would offer me something good, more than what was offered online on my account, but he basically just asked where i wanted to stay and i asked about offers, again he offered nothing special or above what i saw online.

-I called my host 3 months ago, i was planning a trip for end of September this year for myself, my dad and my brother. I explained to him that i was looking for a room that was bigger, maybe one with a pull out couch so we could sleep all 3 of us comfortably. He recommended the RIO, I said we want to stay on the strip. He told me i would need to 3x-4x my level of play to get that on the strip. I wound up instead booking an offer i had with MLfie as their website shows the layout of the room you are booking so we got a room from mlife with 2 beds and a couch.

At least for my level of play the host hasn't offered me anything above what I can book myself through the TR website, i guess the only advantage is if i wanted to call and book something i can do it directly through him instead of through their normal phone line, but that really doesn't do anything for me.

I would imagine you get more from a host if you have a higher level of play but for basic diamond it seems not really helpful. Maybe others have had different experiences but that is mine.

I've been Diamond for a couple years, no host. Whenever I need host services I just go in a Diamond check-in room and talk to one.

It’s important to know what this poster’s TC balance is right now. They often give promotions to people nearing Diamond, or perhaps nearing 25K TC.

I have 30K+ TC and have not seen this offer as of now. Last year they made similar offers that could be applied to the current or following year’s TC balance.

Few weeks back there were some vague rumors about a promo of getting 750 TC's / night, if the room price is $35+. Wasn't able to confirm it myself though.

If you don't mind and could post the Booking Code with this offer, that would be helpful and appreciated...
(I'm 99% sure, that like the last one from October 2017 - see below - it's possible for everyone to get it as long as they enter the booking code when making the reservation online. If you are somehow worried though, you could book your trip first and then make it public.)

My experience is totally different. I gave them a little action last year and was assigned a host. I don't live in the US anymore so my trips to Vegas are infrequent. Went this past July and my host totally hooked me up with a nice room at Caesars for five days, everything comped. That far surpassed any offers I had received. I guess YMMV

Definitely helps to know what you want when you talk to your host. If you just ask what's available they'll just run down the list of promos they're running, but if you say a difficult reservation or a trip to the speedway or some experience they have been excellent in my experience with figuring something out. They'll tell you if your play doesn't justify what you're asking for, but will usually work with you to find a middle ground.

I got the 750 per night tier credit offer but it did not show up in an offer. But when I went on website to book some days it popped up in the headline. FYI I am about to cross into Diamond. I give them almost no action but get free rooms and resort fees comped on and off the strip.

Have five days for example starting this weekend and even got a third room for friend at $100 per. It's $300+ on website.

Total Rewards is very generous right now in Las Vegas. Log in if you have an account and search some dates. You may find comps that did not come from a mailer/offer.

I see I thought he was Diamond...also you are right Caesers properties are very giving the only crap that kills me is no comped Food I get everything else but no food... I know there are RC's but i save that for end of year to turn into Freeplay.

Last year the price had to be 25.00 or higher to get that offer it was the Empire Promo.

Hi,

I am planning to be in vegas next week and wanted to know how many tier points you get for poker.

In Atlantic City, it's 27 tier points plus $1.25per hour in comps. I wasn't sure if Vegas has the same rate.

Also, I just became a diamond (15k) and wanted to know if there are any lounges that I will get free access instead of paying the $10 in comps.

1/2nl is 17 tier/hr and $1/hr except for Caesars and that is double on both.

AFAIK you have to pay to get into Diamond lounge at 15k.

If you’re planning on saving RCs for the diamond lounge pay attention to your account because some dumbass will always **** up your balance. Stayed in Biloxi last month on business and they decided to use 1700 RCs to pay for my $17 in room charges which should’ve gone on my company credit card. Took a 30 minute phone call to reverse it. This is like the 5th time this has happened in 3 years of being diamond. I believe that there is a conspiracy to default charges to RCs so you use them up on bull**** instead of getting free ****/DL access etc.

I used my diamond card to cut the buffet line at Harrahs Reno the other day. I usually feel pretty weird about it but the line was prob 30 minutes long and I didnt have a ton of time. There were like 50+ people in the regular line and none in the diamond/7 stars line.

I asked if there was a charge for the champagne or mimosas and the waitress told me I was diamond, she could get my group any drinks we wanted free of charge.

I have never felt special in Vegas cause of diamond before, but in Reno it seemed llike my diamond card actually had some weight.

My coworker degenerate gambler friend (Seven Star) always preferred Tahoe to Vegas because they treated him like a king. Comped penthouse on New Years, that sort of thing. They kept trying to get him to Vegas, free charter flights, etc but he never liked it there.

Reading on the Total Rewards website about a free cruise for Diamond members - is this for real or a but of a gimmick?

If it's like the Mlife one for Platinum, it's real but you don't get it if you got your status from tier matching, Founders Card, etc... you need to have earned your card by play.

And you have to pay for some stuff, right? It's not all-inclusive free?

I am not familiar with this one but likely you have to pay port fees and taxes.

I qualify for one from Stations and that is what is says in the print.

Right, when all is said and done it costs between $400-600 per person, depending on if you get the unlimited drink package or not (which costs $125 or so). That's the all-inclusive price including prepaid tips, you don't have to spend another dime onboard the ship if you don't want to.

I looked on the TR site and I see a free cruise offer for 7star but not diamond. Where did you see this?

LOL I got diamond through FC and occasionally run up to Reno/Tahoe for one night to have someplace to sleep when I go fly fishing. Harrah's Tahoe asked if I wanted turndown service. I was all
