Save your money. When her book came out, Molly did tons of interviews, which are on youtube now. You can get the story straight from the horse, and in only 20 minutes instead of two hours.

I totally agree with this statement. The people who are hired to work at the total rewards desks have less job requirements than the janitors and lowest positions at Caesars Properties. I have gotten the stupidest replies from employees as the rewards desk in the past and have had 2 employees contradict themselves within 10 minutes at the same reward desk so they are clearly just interested in getting you to leave the desk and not provide a real answer to anything.

Has anyone spoken with a host or gotten anything in writing? I feel like the T&C says poker isn't included, but poker tier credits usually just get posted with normal credits during the day in my experience.

Does this promo update the bonus on a daily basis or not until the month is over?

Updates after the month is over so taking a risk putting in tons of hours and then not getting the bonus. Will probably update 2 weeks after the month is over like most other CET monthly/quarterly bonuses.

I have a question regarding booking comped rooms back-to-back. I'm a Platinum member and I get emailed free room offers everyday (they're all for 3 free nights). Is it possible to use different offers and book-to-back stays? For example use offer XYZ to book from Feb.6-9 and then use offer XXX to book from Feb.9-12. I'm guessing they won't let you do this?

I couldn't find much info about this online but someone mentioned that there has to be a 48 hour (or 72 hour) gap between comped stays? So that means right now I could book a stay for Feb.6-9 and also book a stay for Feb.11-14. Is this correct?

You have to go 3 days without being there, so no, can't do 6-9 and 11-14.

You can book comped rooms with only two days in between, but you have to do it over the phone, not through the website.

whats the perk with Wyndham?

What's the protocol to do this booking? I call them and they'll let me book both stays at the same time? Or do I need to book the first stay (6-9) online, and then call them to book the second stay (11-14)?

You can book the first stay online and then call and asked them to book the second stay. You could probably also book both over the phone, though I don't think I ever tried that.

Book whatever you can online first then call them for the rest

You could book everything over the phone but the less you talk to them the better off you'll be.

Their online system is antiquated

I just asked last night at Rio and had the person at the TR desk get the manager who told me to my face it DOES COUNT FOR POKER and all tiers earned for the money of Feb.????

Still dont know what to believe, everyone has a different answer.

Welcome to dealing with CET properties, specifically their "total rewards" department. I don't deal with hosts but the people who man the total rewards desks and their supervisors who sit in a little office behind the desks and come out once in a while can pretty much be replaced with kids working the counter at McDonalds/Burger King. (I've worked fast food as a teenager so I know what that job entails.)

These people don't know anything and the few times they are enthusiastic to help, they can't be relied on providing reliable information.

I had an issue getting some tier credits applied to my account and the email department cleared it up pretty quickly. I would be more inclined to take their word, to be honest.

In the case of the Feb promo, I seriously think it is a 50/50 gamble. Even if the rules specify poker and sports book are not eligible, it is possible they get thrown in and we all get lucky. But don't expect to fight a winnable fight if they don't accidentally get lumped in at the end of the month.

I read the T&C's and from the legal speak, poker and sports book are NOT included.

Ok, I opted in to the February Fever promotion. I’ll be at Harrahs next weekend playing slots for a few days before my cruise. I’ll let you know how fast I wrack up tier credits and also if they are doubled and in what time frame.

Like the promo says and a couple people in here said, bonus comes at the end of the promo period.

Has anybody had any luck booking two "offers" with Total Rewards, and still getting a deal? I put offers in quotes because I never actually book with a specific offer...I just click on "Book Now" and see what free rooms are available. I'm booked for March Madness, but just had an opportunity come up in a couple of weeks and was hoping to book something.

Maybe along the same lines, is there any way to reach out to try to get a host, or do they just come to you when you hit a certain point? I've mentioned this before, but I had one reach out a couple years ago when I was giving way less play than I am now.

My name is Jake Revelle and I'm the Manager of Poker Operations at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. I can confirm that the February double tier bonus promotion does count for poker. Right now players currently earn 34 tier credits while playing in the Caesars Palace Poker Room in Las Vegas. For the month of February 2018 players will receive 68 tier credits per hour played. You should see the adjustment by March 16th, 2018. If you do not receive the double tier credit adjustment by then, please come and see me, I will personally make the adjustment for hours played in the poker room at Caesars Palace Las Vegas.

Hi Jake, I think any promotions where players are entitled to double or more points playing poker in the Caesars Poker Room, the staff should do the most they can to educate their players - especially the regulars that often alternate between Caesars and a few other poker rooms on the Strip.

The double points came into discussion yesterday in the poker room, and three regular players were unsure if it applied to poker or not and were in essence gambling on whether or not they would get double points.

A simple note in a plastic top loader at the front desk would probably be sufficient, and encourage players (especially those chasing Diamond Status) to choose Caesars over other options like Bellagio or Aria.
