If it's your primary reason for going, then I'd definitely skip it, but if you want to go anyway and don't have any other offers it's worth the time investment.

Anyone have any idea what promotion would give me 2,629 tier credits for no reason? Looking to book for March so I was online yesterday, had 0 tier credits for 2018. Logged on today, and I have those. I haven't booked anything, or done anything else. Not gonna kick a gift horse, but I'm curious.

I don't think you need a code and you just need to book online or through the app while you are logged in to your TR account. Book before jan 31st and complete stay by march 31st I believe.

If this is correct can someone please confirm, because I am looking to book 5 nights soon!

Nope you definitely need an offer code the one i entered didn't work so that's why I am looking for another code it's funny how we all are getting different offers I heard some people are getting offers for a poker tournament at PH.

It takes 30+ days from checkout to get the TC credited. They are applying them manually with each property handling their own guest stays and so, as you might suspect, they are not being credited in a predictable manner.

I saw the tier credits for my stay over Thanksgiving credited sometime after Christmas. I’m still waiting on a Dec 18th checkout that has not yet been applied.

Last year the promo was initiated with an offer code. This year I’ve opted in once and all further dates booked that qualify should be eligible.

As for the 1k per night stay, the reason the code doesn't work is the person trying it doesn't qualify. It didn't work for me either.

Once someone mentioned the promo, I vaguely remember that yeah, I opted in.

Yeah. Opt in was probably required for the 20% boost.

As for the 1K TC per night offer in 2018, someone posted a link here, but if you weren’t invited with an email of your own then that link did nothing for you even though clicking it said you’d opted in.

I used their credit card to get me to Platinum Status to hopefully get some rooms a little cheaper during the WSOP but so far prices are coming up the same as they did last week when I was still Gold.

Room rates have nothing to do with what kind of card you have (7 stars maybe exception).

I got an email with this offer in AC/Lake Tahoe (and a separate one for Vegas). I clicked on the link and got an error code indicating the offer was not available for February (even though its a Feb/Mar offer). I called Ballys in AC and they told me the error was because the offer only available in LV (even though the email was for AC). I emailed Caesars customer service and they told me the offer was available in AC, you just have to click on the "Book Now" link to opt-in. ON this page it mentions that no offer code is required, even though they supply one. I think bottom line is the NYNE18 offer code is buggy. If you book online after opting in, I think you will get the offer, but you will want to confirm this (perhaps through email for verification) with Caesars.

In any case, this offer and how it is being sold appears to be a cluster ****, which is not surprising.

The whole Total Rewards site code is buggy. I should apply for a job there, they seem to have low standards.
