As far as being a little bit nuts goes. I would say I am completely off the charts bat **** crazy so certainly agree with you that it isn't a good idea. But still, if I only did things that were good for me then that would mean no more burgers which is not a life I want to live.
I am not normally a massive degen but as the saying goes, I am not heading to Vegas for a haircut!
Ha! Fair enough. You should look through the various VP sites to see what Flamingo has wrt VP machines. I've found that when trying to get something out of a host, it helps if you can demonstrate play at their property. If not, just play where you can find the best machines. CET is not as much a stickler as other places about where you play, as long as it's in their system.
After you make Diamond you ask to see a host and beg for a room upgrade because of all the VP you've played. Or, if you played VP at Planet Hollywood, ask their host for a room. Note that the Linq and PHo are maybe better for "young" people that like noisy and flashy casinos.

I also hate lines and plan to play a bunch of WSOP events on the back end of my trip so that part is very valuable to me.
There's a separate Diamond line for the WSOP, usually much shorter than where the proletariat must wait. That alone night be worth the pain of making Diamond.

Does anybody have any more info about electronic baccarat? Do any of the hotels listed have them and if so do we know what rate they get points?
If anyone who lives in (or is in) Vegas feels like going on a mission and working out where these machines are and what the Coin in/TC ratio is then dinner is on me!
Thanks!
Have you tried calling Total Rewards? Dunno if it's good internationally but the number is 1 877-7PLAYER. I've received much better service at that line than the normal CET number.
