if you look at the page for the Caesars benefit it says that over 10k people have used it. I made sure to point that out in the message I sent them.

Wouldn't be surprised if the problem is on CET's end. All us poker players/non gamblers being Diamond and not giving them the play they expected. I wonder how many sign ups have happened just from here.

yeah but i believe i have gotten way way way more than $590 in value in the year that i have had it. I'll be a bit upset that I don't have it for the entire year but whatever it was a great deal.

Now to see if they can get this done before my trip that I leave for on Thursday.... I sure hope so. That would be the nut low, Diamond renewed but not in time for the likely only trip I will be taking this year due to baby due in July.

I'm confused why the redeem benefit button is there. We don't need to do it again if we have already redeemed, right?

The CET system might not have you upgraded automatically (it takes like 6 weeks), but there should be a note in your account, and if you go to the Diamond check-in room they should be able to manually apply it.

Hasn't been confirmed yet. This is what the page says now:

Damm, I never get free gift offers like that. The best I get is a toaster or some such, and the place is nearly 200 miles away. I'd have to take time off work and spend $20 on gas to get a "free" $15 toaster.

I got the email also. Need to spend 5k by may 10 to earn diamond til Feb 2018. Don't forget to register!

I plan on doing this instead of reupping with founders. Hope they keep offering this option every year.

Founders seems sketchy, but I'm not sure (hopefully) that the CC Diamond offer and
founders not renewing partnership are linked. Could be just a email to any Diamond member that didn't get it back for 2018

A friend of mine just pointed out that the fine print section on the Founders-Caesars page now says, "Current upgrade valid through January 31, 2018."

So that's encouraging. Yesterday it still said 2017.
