It's interesting how different Caesars properties handle drinks. I primarily play at Harrahs or Horseshoe in Council Bluffs, IA. All you have to do is flash a Diamond or 7 Star card, and your drink is free (really interesting is only 7 stars get free cans of Red Bull, a Diamond can get a Red Bull Vodka for free, but has to pay for just a can of Red Bull).
Also, if at a poker table and someone orders a drink, if I say I got it and flash the waitress my card, their drink is now comped.

I went down to Harrahs in Kansas City in March and I got looked at like I was insane when I asked if Diamond or higher get comped drinks. That was a big no.

maybe we know each other then. and yeah, KC is a state law thing on the booze. It's just annoying that I can't even get an OJ or an Iced Tea for free at the deli joint.

I think the Missouri casinos can give away free drinks if it is off the gaming floor, like in the VIP lounges. At least that's how the STL casinos operate.

seems the Lounge is never open when I'm at Harrahs KC. I guess I tend to be there off peak hours.

Caesars has quietly removed the pages from their web site. Generally not a good sign, but for now the free drinks are still in effect, and, if anything, the number of places taking them has increased, not decreased.

What used to be the Jubilee tower of Bally's is now considered the Versailles Tower at Paris. For now though it's still physically located in the Horseshoe. I believe they're working on a bridge walkway so you can get there more easily from Paris, but it isn't open yet.
