I actually don't play at Caesars properties much at all anymore.
But my recollection is:
(1) You can always see how many TCs you've earned in a day by putting you card in any machine
(2) Based on this, I've never had a problem getting the daily TCs bonuses, though I've never done significant machine play on a TC multiplier day
(3) The electronic table games tend to be really stingy at awarding TC. It's a consistent amount on a given game, though that amount is not publicized. For example, I noticed that electronic baccarat seemed to pay 1 TC for every $45 coin-in.
