This board is for sharing information about tips to take advantage of the rewards program. You posted that you know of a tip. But you don’t want to share it out of desire to keep it secret?

Pray tell… why did you post here about knowing this secret? Or is that a secret, too?

And BTW, why wouldn’t Caesars want people using their $25 voucher in a gift shop on a drink which costs Caesars about a $1, as opposed to having to pay upwards of $25 to some other company?

I dont have customers nor am I getting paid. You'd think a multi billion dollar company would have better processes and procedures. Just go ask a question at the caesars rewards window. Talk to 5 people you'll get 3 or 4 different answers.

Played poker at CP late night/early morning Tuesday during 5x TCs and their bravo system was offline, so players were unable to earn their TCs because they couldn’t swipe players cards and get them logged in. I asked the floor if he could write down our info and credit us our TCs once the system came back online and he just flat out said “No”. He basically just said too bad for you.
This is horrible customer service.

While I don’t know the secret gift shop where vouchers are accepted, Bobby’s Burgers at Harrah’s Food Hall now accepts vouchers, and they can be used for milkshakes. Get them while you can, because none of the other Bobby’s Burgers accept them that I’m aware of, so this could go away.

Gordon Ramsay Fish n Chips on Linq Promenade accepts vouchers for their milkshakes also, at least as of a few weeks ago.

Hot tip:

Apparently the way to get your poker play included in the tier multiplier is to play something that qualifies first like slots, blackjack, etc. and then it will include all your TCs on the day even poker

This weekend I confirmed that the Guy Fieri Flavortown Sports Kitchen at the Horseshoe does indeed accept the Diamond Plus daily drink vouchers, even though it doesn't seem to be on any of the printed lists.

Annually asking for help/tips on matching to another casinos. I hit diamond+ for Caesar's this summer:
Seem like matching to MGM still sucks.
Going to try matching to Wynn & Hard Rock.
Any another casino I should try in the Northeast/AC/Florida/Vegas?

The old place was The Burger Brasserie. I found the new place fairly pedestrian, but have only eaten there once.
