Every other hotel in Vegas refunds my deposit on the day I checkout, but Caesars doesn't so I have to wait 30 days before it is automatically returned. Is there any way to remedy this?

Are you that broke that a deposit hold is gonna break you? Probably not a good idea to come to vegas

No. It's annoying to have ~$1,000 total tied up for 30 days unnecessarily. Further, I can't just mindlessly trust that they won't make a mistake and deduct something in error, so I need to follow up on the amounts.

Your comment is stupid, negative and unhelpful.

I've never seen a hold that long staying at Caesar's hotels. Did you check out through the app or the front desk? If you just left room without checking out, maybe that's the hold up. I would just call them about it and request a checkout bill e-mail to you as well to see if they added any additional Wi-Fi charges that shouldn't exist.

I always get my Caesars deposits refunded in a couple of days.

Always the front desk. 5 times so far. 1 time I had a small balance which I paid from my Rewards Credits. The other times I had no charges to pay.

Are you using a credit card or debit card? Sometimes a hold will stay longer on a debit card.

Here's a heads up for people: The Free Nights that were awarded for every 5000 tier credits can now be booked through the app. They're now showing up online in your offers. Unfortunately, to do more than one night you'll still have to call someone to help you book it.

The good news is they seem to be usable on dates where you might otherwise have no shot of getting a comped room. Most likely the key is to book well in advance.

I just booked December 30+31 at Caesars Palace Las Vegas, and was able to get a Premium Room in the Augustus Tower. Without these offers it would have been around 750/night.

Ditto. I think the last one I used was at Planet Hollywood when the rate would have been $300.

I really didn't think it was going to work for New Year's Eve though.

I'm shocked it worked for NYE.
Ive had them say no a few times or tell me it would work at a lesser problem.

But I've consistently used them on rooms priced at 250-500 dollars a night.

Last year Wynn has some partnership with Ocean in AC. With my ocean status it gave me 2 free nights at the Wynn.
I asked for 2 nights on the first weekend of March Madness.
The woman kind of laughed and was like I'd be shocked if it works but I'll check. I fully expected a no but to my surprise it worked.

"Sorry only the Wynn is available not Encore" lol.

Always worth asking -worse they can say is no.

Does the rule about time between bookings prohibit you from using them via the app for consecutive nights?

Mine seemingly could be used for multiple days but didn't go through with booking? Definitely really nice to be able to see them, though

It does, unfortunately. Super annoying. I ended up booking the more difficult night first, then calling and asking them to book the adjacent night in the same room type.

Anyone know how the diamond elite $600 or $1200 7star airfare works?

I have heard rumours if you are local they will just give you a sportsbet or slot play, not sure how true that is?
Also if you get 7star do you also get the diamond elite $600 on top of the $1200 or just the $1200 total?

Or could you just book a flight keep the receipt and cancel it?

Thinking of going for 7star and this would make a big difference in the value.

I'm not sure about the local thing.
I'm 99 percent sure you can double dip the 600 and 1200 the year you hit 7 stars if you time it right. The second year you'd start 7 stars so you can't get the DE 600.

I have diamond elite so I got the 600 the last 3 years. You show them the receipt and itinerary and they give you slot dollars. I think you can get chips instead but I just took the slot dollars.

You also have to be checked into a Caesars property when getting the money. Not sure how strictly this is enforced but when I got it this year I wasn't staying at a CP so they wouldn't give it to me. A few days later I was so I went back and got the money. I could have just got a hard ass or maybe their computer system is set up this way.

Also depending on where you live you might be able to get a lot of value from the monthly free bets bc it's once per state per month on the app.

Okay thank you, I live in Canada but spend most of the year in Vegas. never spent more then $300 on a flight to Vegas from Canada so not sure how to maximize this perk.

Wait, wat? Diamond Elite gets $600 airfare? Can they spend it on anything else? I'm not a local, and about 2500 tc away. I've never had this many tier credits. There are a couple more multiplier days this year too. Wonder if any of them coincide with anything I want to do...

edit: Oops, never mind. I confused Diamond Elite with Diamond Plus.

Does anyone have details on the 3x tier credit promotion for October? Are they running this for all Caesar locations?

I'm heading to Harrahs Pompano Beach next weekend and was wondering if it will apply there.
