If you want to extend past 3 days you can usually talk to the host on property and have them extend it. I travel to different Harrah's all over the US and never had a problem.

Played the 7 coin in $1 a coin 3x and 5x. Took 4.5 hours. I ran bad with no royals and only one big AAAA4 pay off for $2080 after which they stopped pay, handed me the cash and made me sign a 1099 I think it was.

It was a rush even in the run bad and I dropped $7400. I would do it again but I am an eternal optimist.
$50k coin in at a 99% machine.
7400 / 50k = 15%

only 85% return?
running bad indeed!

you could have made diamond cheaper by playing at a slot machine @ $5 coin-in = 1 tc

You're not going to net 99% on 3 or 5 play on a small sample size. You're also not going to net 99% over such a small sample size with no royals. He may not have run much behind EV at all.

85% is running close to EV @ 10k hands?!
(3.3k screens at 3play)

It's not 10k hands, he played between 21 and 35 coins per deal.

According to your calculations, what would his EV be if he could simply bet $50,000 in one hand on that same machine?

Sorry if this isn't the place for this, didn't want to start a thread and figured this might be the TR mega thread.

Does anyone know anything about using TR's and being double charged? I bought a waffle cone at Sprinkles at the Linq and paid using Total Rewards. It was like $5.40 I think. They charged my card 1,000 TR's and I had to pay .40 in cash. That was like a week or two ago. I figured I would be credited back the difference?

If the place isn't directly owned by CET, your TR credits are charged 2 for 1

I can't answer specifically about Sprinkles, but it's not uncommon for some stores/restaurants located at casinos to accept rewards points at 2:1. At every casino I've been to, some venues are 2:1 and some 1:1.

I think there is info on the website as to which places are 2 for 1; I usually just save my credits to pay for hotel charges, you should always ask.

It's 1 for 1 on hotel charges, yes? I tend to buy overpriced food court with my Reward Credits because then it doesn't seem like I'm spending real money. Stupid, I should just buy cheaper food elsewhere.

Unless you earned seven star status playing poker on wsop.com. I've only hit DA level 2 but am on pace for seven stars and I don't gamble one cent in the casinos.

There's a lot of professional grinders living in Vegas who are seven star status but don't gamble at the casinos at all. Probably the best way to achieve it because you get to actually make money on the way (and never have to play vs the house).

It is nto easy to make seven stars online... I will reach diamond aspiration 1... i play only about 40-50 hours a week, .25/.50 thru 1/2 plo8 every table that runs all day as long as it runs.

The uber high stakes might make it, but if you are 4 tabling 2/4 plo for 8+ hours a day you aren't small time. There are limit holdem games that run up to 50/100 ive seen and shorthanded 30/60 o8 has been running lately. there is a 10 table limit on wsop.

I'm shocked there is that much LHE action on WSOP.com. LHE is getting hard to find anywhere, a small site like WSOP.com is the last place I would expect it.

High stakes is 20/40 or higher?

I feel like half the reason wsop.com is so low traffic is due to their terrible website conversion.. I spent like 30 minutes this summer trying to find out how to play on my phone and couldn't.. Just gave up.. Seems bad to use the same website for wsop live updates as the landing page for your real money poker site, I don't know, the whole thing was just confusing as hell and impossible to navigate on an iphone.

When I was waiting in long registration lines this summer I saw guys playing on their phones, so it's not impossible.

I could never get "approved" even though I was trying to connect in my Rio hotel room.

fake $ or real $?
if real $, how?!

thought internet gambling was outlawed in the US thx to Pres Bush Jr and only sites w/o a US presence are operating in the US?
ie: US law enforcement would have to go thru LOTS of hoops to get the owners of those sites?

A couple of states have legal intra-state sites set up, such as NJ and NV. They need to be associated with a casino.
