Blackjack
I always bet at least the minimum required to play in the high stake rooms because they have the best rules. This can be as low as 50 and as high as 200. My average spread is 100-400. It could be anywhere from 1-5 hours per day and I generate somewhere between 500-2000 TC per day with the average right around 1000 (to get the TC bonus).
Caesars has gone wild with the 5x multipliers this year, so I'm 7 stars now, but historically I've been Diamond and the offers were just as good with Diamond (as they are based on theo not tier).
As a general rule, I can stay at any property for free at any time. In Tahoe and Laughlin I can book suites if they're available. In Vegas, I'd have to book a normal room and then upgrade to a suite and ask the host to comp it (which I'll do if I'm with my girlfriend, but not if I'm alone). Constant offers for free flights to Laughlin or Tahoe but almost never use the.
There are always offers, but I have a business I run, so I can't just be leaving all the time. So, I'll usually pick the best offer of the month at any of the Nevada casinos, the SoCal casino, etc. and go play. The best offer can vary dramatically. I've had coach watches, computers, tvs, tablets, but also various gift certificates ($200 amazon, for example). Sometimes it's extra points and/or multiplier for the great gift wrap up, which is a shopping event at the end of the year where you use GGWU points to buy whatever you want -- golf clubs, backpack, cell phone, whatever. The items are usually over priced but GGWU points don't count for anything else so you might as well spend them. The way the comps work is they generally have a lowball offer that you get for showing up, and a tier requirement for nicer. So, last month, as an example:
The offer was 5 free nights plus an ipad just for showing up (you could take $400 freeplay instead).
OR if you earned 2500 you could get a Mac Book Air (or 1000 free play)
OR if you earned 5000 you could get a Mac Book Air (or 1500 free play)
Then, for 7000, 10k tier credits you get the mac book air play free play. I think I had 7k credits and I took the laptop and something like $1500 free play. Note, free play vouchers are play till you lose, so much more valuable than say promo chips.
Then, you have the offers that come with your tier.
So, some of the more valuable ones:
1. Annual Retreat. 4 night stay any property in the country + $500 folio + up to $1200 in airfare + transportation.
2. $600 airfare to vegas
3. Cruise (You get 1 per year for 7 star but there are also usually a few events per year that you can play to earn. It's not 100% free, but if you wanted to do a cruise anyway it's nice).
4. Resort fees, valet, laurel lounge, spas, etc.
Then, you have whatever the hosts can do for you:
1. My primary host is in vegas and honestly she really can't do much. She always wants to book my rooms but I just do them myself. She can, however, arrange limo transportation to/from airport.
2. Then there are also hosts at a couple properties who can only help me with that specific property. I went to Harrahs So Cal recently and I texted her and asked if she could put a $100 food folio (no free alcohol in California) that night. She was off but she texted me back and let me know she asked her team to do it.
3. Then there are the hosts who are at the properties. So, generally speaking, you want to play, then spend all your RC, then bill things to your room, then ask the hosts to comp. If not, they will spend your RC first. So, depending on your theo or your actual, you can usually get hosts to cover some of your expenses. This could be anything from food after RC ran out to an Uber to the airport, etc.
Lastly, Events:
So, obviously Diamond and above get 2 show tickets per month, when shows are a thing.
But, there are also various events through the year which are basically thank you events. Usually nice dinner, alcohol, an emcee, and various giveaways. One last year had the Property Brothers there and they gave away a bunch of stuff (ranging from vehicles to free play vouchers).
There is a 7 star event during the rest of this week, but because of Covid it's really nothing more than a raffle. I copied/pasted the prizes:
