im over 75k tier for the year now... ill prob hit the 150k tier no problem... doesnt anyone know if anything else can stop you from getting it besides the obvious of bad markers, drunk/disorderly.

Was there some kind of rewards credits promo? I randomly checked today and I have ~7k more credits than I should. Is there a way to see how credits were earned (besides the monthly statement which won't be of much use anyway).

You can submit an email through their form: https://totalrewards.custhelp.com/app/ask/list

Or, if you have a host, they all have email addresses and in my experience respond faster than generic customer service.

I have emailed a few times and always get a response within a couple of business days. Mast recently was in Jan. Do it while logged in to your account.

One guy racked up enough TCs for Seven Stars but was not invited because most of his TCs were from bonuses rather than from play.

Other than that no issues with behavior/complaints, no outstanding debt, and not caught reselling of benefits (tickets, rooms, etc).

Also for Seven Stars they may not invite if your income doesn't meet their desired numbers. Like someone racking up 150k TC and only make $25,000/year. That sets off alarm bells.

How on earth would they find out your income? Even if they could, their prime target customer is a degenerate gambler that doesn't have verifiable income.

This happened to me as well. All my TCs were from JoB or wsop.com. They laughed me out of the room when I when I asked about it.

2020 Tier Status and benefits will be extended through January 31, 2022, giving customers more time to enjoy what they have earned. For example, if you are Diamond now, you will be Diamond until January 31, 2022."

Anybody knows if this is good for everybody(including matched diamond)?

i did the 10x tier in laughlin, so that was 5k on table and VP BP (50k total). i ll have 115k tier if quarantine ends in July. after that, lets see what offers/promos casinos give, im sure ill get antoehr 10k from slots (plus bonus in a day things). So Ive got slot tables VP and lots of poker... like im paying 4k rake a month in quarantine right now. Im sure they will have 5x tier for like a month.. so Ill probably get over 200k tier assuming quarantine ends in july or august. table play is light.... like playing craps for 50 on line 300 behind for like an hour 2x a year so far, so very little there.

Mine still says 2021. Did you earn it through play? Or artificially by matching or Founders? It could also just be a staggered update, like they often do, and it's happening over a few days.

Heh. Yeah, mine called me, too, for literally the second time ever. First was right after he was assigned to me. I think they're referring to a status that was earned in 2019. That is, when you earn it in 2019 you enjoy it in 2020, and it ends in January 2021. Now they're extending it another year.
