By law, the person playing the machine gets the jackpot/tax forms, regardless of whose card is in.

As far as how they react, it varies by casino. I hit one on my friend's card (she was sitting next to me) and the attendant lectured me not to do it again. At another place, I knew of a guy that played on both his and his wife's card to maximize drawing entries (with her not there) and they didn't GAF.

at one time i thought the FC cardholders were allowed into the Diamond lounge for free when there was no 15k tier credit minimum? just needed a Diamond card?
(then they switched to 15k tc min and now 25k tc min to enter for free)
There was a renewal offer for FC for 99 dollars which just expired in August but I’m pretty sure due to the pandemic for those interested in renewing I’m sure they could email their fc contact to renew

Absolutely, if you have a spouse you get along with. It doesn't even have to be a spouse - I have a friend that's on the same account as his father. They go to Circuit events and the WSOP together. Neither one would be considered big gamblers, but together they get comped rooms pretty much whenever they want.

And, on the right machines, with promotions, VP can become an advantage play. It's not one that I do, but it can be done. My understanding is that the best machines are getting harder and harder to fine, but I guess that's true of every game!
Yeah, I've checked for machines listed on vpfree2.com the last time I was in Vegas, and two weeks ago in Tahoe, and couldn't find any of the ones they had listed.

There's gotta be a sweet spot to this. My wife and I both get diamond through play pretty easily each year, each individually usually have Augustus Strip View rooms available. When we combine we usually get suites at all the other properties, occasionally at Caesars, but we're usually travelling with others who don't have free rooms, so we choose to get rooms separately.

This one I might actually go for. I needed a computer. I'm not a particularly big gambler. Makes me wonder what crazy incentives the big guys get!

Took about 6 weeks to ship but it arrived today. Ended up selling for $1450.

Booked a last minute solo Vegas trip for Sunday-Tuesday. Couldn't pass up 1k freeplay + $1250 resort credit. Any suggestions on best way to use the resort credit?

Where are you staying? It's hard to make suggestions without knowing that key piece of information.

Sorry, Caesars. But the credit can be used at any CET property.

I'm thinking a few nice meals and maybe a massage. Unless there is some way to convert the credit to cash/freeplay that I'm overlooking.

Usually it can only be used on food/drink/spa/entertainment.

When I was last there, the general spa wasn't open but you could still get spa treaments like a massage.
Honestly, Caesars has a lot of good restaurants. Nobu, Homestead, Hells Kitchen. Bacchanal is unfortunately closed right now. If you really want to burn through those dollars, Guy Savoy. If you're a breakfast person the giada breakfast omlette bar place is actually really good but not sure if it is open these days.
I've never had Roa, Searsucker, or Mr Chow.
Did not see why people like Mesa Grill, Americano is like a meh diner, and the Ramsay pub and grill is better than the food court.

Damn, if my math is right, that's 6 pct cashback if you had earned the points on VP.

My offers haven't budged since I put in he big bets on blackjack... Becoming increasingly concerned that my account is flagged... Might have to find someone that looks like me to get a new acct, lol

Thanks for the recs. Resort credit can cover gratuities if charged to the room, right?

Gratuities of any kind are almost never comped. The other day my host comped a tip on a takeout order, but I think that's because their system was screwed up, and it took forever. I can't remember the last time before that I had a tip comped.

Hmm. I charged meals to my room at Cafe Americano each of my past two trips and definitely had them fully comped including tip. But on the last trip they refunded all but $2 to my CC which I'm realizing now was probably a tip at Starbucks. I'll ask my host before I go haywire on this trip.

In July in Laughlin I got my restaurant charges comped except for the tips.

Not sure of how many 7star follow this thread, but info is up for the Vegas October signature event. Oct 7-11, $400 resort credit, welcome gift is a columbia jacket. Similar raffle style as August with these prizes:

1 Winner 2020 AirStream Recreational Vehicle
3 Winners 2020 Jeep Wrangler
7 Winners $7,000 in Casino Play
3 Winners Napa Wine Trip + Private Jet Experience
7 Winners 2020 SeaDoo Jetski + Trailer

50 Winners $2,000 in Casino Play

The first week of October there is an event in AC. I never go there, so I don't know the details as well, but I know resort credit is only $150 but comes with a $100 Amazon gift card.

Probably nobody wants to fly to Napa anytime soon.

LOL, you'd have to tack on a zero to both those amounts for me to even consider a trip to AC.

Hmm, will probably book this if they're throwing in $400 resort credit. I passed on the last one in Vegas (I'm local) as they didn't seem to be throwing in anything beyond the room and the virtual drawing.

I believe indoor dining reopened at 25% capacity last Friday. I have no idea what I'd do with $1500 resort credits in AC, though.

With Tropicana in AC transitioning to Caesars Rewards due to the El Dorado merger, does anyone know if we can use our $100 celebration dinner at Tropicana?
