Ya, I see why that was confusing. Here's an example of what I mean...

A few weeks ago, I was playing im that 1/2 on a Saturday night. The table was full. Things were going wel; I was in for 800 and had about 2200 in front. A couple guys show up, but there are no seats.

To pass the time they started doing plo flips for 100. Then 200. Then 500.

Two seats open, and one of them sits with around 5500, and the other has maybe 2500...he's stick 4000 from flipping.I add on 2k, and for the next 3 hours we play 1/2/50 (straddles).

Typicsl? No, Well within the realm of possibility on any given night? Granted this is on the high end, but yes.

Even when the game plays 'normally' by 10 or 11 there are usually several 1k-2k stacks.

if you're doing it on your phone tapatalk is supposed to be the easiest for uploading pics. no 3rd party site necessary, upload straight from your phone.

Tapatalk works well - can only upload one pic at a time (but multiple pics per post, just one at a time) with the free app. I used first time last week and was pretty simple.

Got checked into the Rio, then met up with a friend at Kang's Kitchen for some stylized Korean BBQ...was solid.

Hraded over to Belagio by way of Walgreens for some stuff...am currently sitting in the B's sports book shitter, on the list for 5-10.

So...got into the 5/10, very first hand I get Ax10x in the hj. Raise to 30, one call, flop is 10 high, I get 2 streets of value.

Two hands later (my third hand at the table I get 2 black kings. Make it 30, button calls, sb calls. Flop 242, checks to me I bet 55. Sb raises to 200. I'm 600 eff which is a wierd spot. I get it in (terribad?) and sb tables 23o.

No I bought in for the max. I didn't say that correctly...villain was short.

DAY 1 - 5/10 aftermath

Day 1

Got into town today, and even had the above-mentioned flight run-good. Checked into the Rio; standard shitty Rio room. It's big, but has a wierd layout and old doctor's office waiting room furniture.

Had dinner with some friends at Kang's Kitchen here at The Rio. Pretty solid, but none of us had ever seen Korean BBQ presented as a bunch or sides and dressings/sauces or whatever, and the meat. They need a guide so that the elaborate presentation and variety isn't entirely lost on mouth breathers.

Headed to Bellagio for some 5/10. I'm not gonna go on at length here. I quit stuck 2800. The game was super nitty, I made a couple mistakes, and I got grossed out on multiple times (KQ otb, raise to 30, bb calls, K high flop, I bet every street for value, river is 5c, he turns over K5o ftw). **** like that.

But that isn't a huge hit...I'll beback for more. Hopefully I can find a better game next time out.

As for tomorrow, I'll be playing the 500 freezeout wsop event, because why not?

Btw at 2am they have (2) staff manning the merch, but the vaccine reg room is closed.

Love Korean BBQ. The sides are called banchan are pretty typical at Korean restaurants (I used to live in Korea). I wonder what type of Korean BBQ you've had and how it was different?

I was laying in bed thinking about that session, and I realized how dumb it was to get beat by a guy calling a 3 bet in the sb with 23o, then going on to complain that the game wasn't good.

The game was fine. I lost because of equal parts variance and my bad play.

On to the freezeout.

After my drubbing at Bellagio, I went to the wsop cage to reg for today's freezeout. I told the person that this was my first reg of 2021, and he said that I'd have to wait until the vaccine verification room opened at 9am today.

So today, I showed up at that place and waited roughly an hour, only to be told to download the Clear app. I did that, months ago. Ok, then off to registration with you. Grr .

I then walked over to registration to find roughly 300 people in line. F@^k that.

Eating pho, deciding what to do today. "The wait is over?" Ya, not so much.

I just had a friend ask me if I was going to give up on the 5/10.

I'm on the list of interest for the 2/5 (slso uncapped). That was the goal of coming down here in the first place. More later.

Ended up -200 in GN 1/2. I played for 5.5 hours and I never made as much as 2 pair, but for 1 flopped straight.

Finally got the 2/5 going just ow...we'll see how it goes. The guy to my immediate left has about 3k behind. I'd like to, well, have it.
