Buy 2BR condo in Vegas with me?

I am in Vegas all summer for the WSOP and usually for the 3 circuit events (Ballys, Rio, and PH). I am looking for someone to buy a 2BR condo with me. Not interested in locals. Would like it to be a second spot for both of us. Any interest out there?

Palms would be a nice spot for the summer. Pretty good vibe in there with a workout facility.
