Definitely Hiroyoshi. Further you get from the strip, the less crowded and better chance you have of just walking in so Hiroyoshi fits. However, they close at 9:30-10 so not sure if that works

Hiroyoshi Sounds likewhat I am looking for. Wayne Newton does not start till 8. I figure if I make a reservation at the Restaurant for 5 PM I should have plenty of time. I have pretty much given up on sushi. When i first tried it (1977) it was a taste changing experience. Now it is everywhere and for the most part not very exceptional. I have seen numerous discussions of how good some places are in LV and seeing as I am not paying, really want to try a real experience. I let you know how it goes, thanks.

They have an 85 and 100 dollar omakase. Do the 100 dollar omakase, and tell them that you'd like to finish dinner by 7-7:15. In previous experiences, usually finish around 7:30 while sitting at the bar.

Ono Sushi is the best AYCE sushi in vegas. It's quality far surpasses any other AYCE place in town.
