I'd wager that just about every single major hotel on the planet has bedbugs, roaches, and rats somewhere on their premises.
SOME, but not all, Hilton Hotels use Tempurpedic mattresses that are immune to bedbug infestation. A solid block of layered dense foam is impermiable to bedbugs.
Also, there are two simple ways to keep bedbugs away from you in bed.
1. You know those cheap crappy bars of soap that few people actually use in a hotel? Simply unwrap the bar of soap and place it under the bottom sheet in the area where your legs go. Bed bugs will stay away.
2. Or, do the same thing with an UNUSED dryer sheet. Same result.
Source? I've been on the road 4 to 6 months a year staying in hotels for 40 years. You pick up these things over time.
