Aug 24th-27th---Tips? Assists?

So i have planned a Vegas trip aug 24th-27th. It will be my second time there so little to no experience on where to go, where to eat, where to party. If anyone could assist me on making the most out of the time that would be great. Im staying at the Flamingo, it was group choice unfortunately. What i am looking for is below. Any other suggestions to maximize time and fun would be appreciated. thanks!

AFAIK no real grocery stores on/near the strip - if you have a car there's a whole foods just south of the Mandalay Bay. If you're just looking for junk food/chips/nuts there's a CVS in the TI that has a lot of that stuff.
You're across the street from the Bellagio, and the Venetian is a short(ish) walk North on your side of the strip - probably your two best options.

I think your going at one of the worst times - at least for the pokersszzzz....
If your set, then bring plenty of $$ to degen it up, play lots of craps...run it up....No Fear
