I thought Poolhall Junkies was a pretty solid movie. Low budget and gave a peek into the dark world of pool hustling. Walken and Palminteri as backers were awesome. A little cheesy in spots, but I like the way it was done. He might actually make a reasonably decent poker movie. It wont be mainstream popular, but poker players will probably like it.

Just netflixed it and I agree on phg. Story line was solid but I think they must have used up the budget on Palminteri and Walken. The guy did after all wear a watch up his xxx.

Never seen the movie, but there was a funny thread a while back with the in real life character that walken was playing.

He actually only has 40% of himself per twitter on the 9th. Someone called shazmeister has 40%, Deep has 5%, 3 guys including FMK have 3%, and another 6 people have 1%. I wish I'd taken a %, but just never got around to it. Regretting it now.

Would really love to see a deep, deep run. It's been fun to rail via twitter so far.
