Have you been in a Vegas hotel?
IF they do any kind of screening, and that's a big IF, it lasts a year at most.
As a former GC for a small casino on the Strip a long time ago, I can tell you that a casino can issue a trespass warning, i.e a ban, for conduct that is
not illegal.
It is reasonable to think every casino here will soon have "no weapons" signage posted at the entrance. Such signage trumps a right to carry, openly or even with a ccw permit.
Access to rooms is easily restricted. Passing through a metal detector will be an inconvenience.
Steve Wynn is scheduled to appear on Fox News later this week to explain how security at the Wynn will work. (Fwiw, this past week Wynn security, on occasion, used wands to screen folks entering from the parking lot.)
