Greetings!

My name is Steve and I'm currently looking for a 1 bedroom apartment/condo to stay from the beginning of October for roughly a month. I don't mind staying away from the strip as I will rent a car for the stay while I'm there. If anyone can help me out with recommendations that would be great.

I would go with an Extended Stay America property. It'll be about $2500 for a month when fees and taxes are included, and the one on East Flamingo is about 15 minutes from the Rio and in a neighborhood with some great restaurants. You get maid service, there's a laundry on every floor, free cable TV and internet, etc.

I am going to do something similar but maybe stay a bit longer.
I have a Diamond card so I might actually stay in Flamingo or Bally's without the resort fees. That might be the best option although it's only allowing me to book up to 11 days (I think) in advance.

I looked at short term furnished rentals but they start from about $2k.

Let us know if you find something better.

Is Extended Stay America only for americans? I am from Europe, I see they have pretty good scores.

Just like Vegas itself, it's for anybody, American or not, who shows up with s fistful of dollars in their hand.

If you do book a room, make sure you get their monthly rate. There's a senior discount, if you qualify for that. Also, they have a free daily breakfast, just cereal and coffee and such but still...free!
